Defending Against AI Agents with Oded Blatman Nov 02, 2026
    Show notes

What does security look like when one attacker can run thousands of AI agents? Sébastien Badault, EVP Ledger Enterprise, sits down with Oded Blatman, Ledger’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer, to talk about defending against AI-driven attacks, how regulators are approaching AI risk, why banks keep their keys in hardware, and how a supply chain gets secured from the first chip to the end user.

AI Made Security Flaws Cheap to Find. What Now? Sep 14, 2026
    Show notes

Security used to depend on flaws being expensive to find. AI made them cheap.

High-severity vulnerabilities flagged in 2026 are already six times the previous four-year average, and breaches are trending up on a multi-year horizon. Ledger CTO Charles Guillemet sits down with Mo El-Sayed, Head of Brand Development, on what that does to the threat model, why secure hardware holds where connected software folds, and the ethics of finding bugs at machine speed.

They close on where this goes next, and what people can do about it now rather than in five years.

How AI Agents Get Paid on Solana Without Touching Private Keys Aug 25, 2026
    Show notes

Agents can now complete tasks, write code and get paid on Solana. The part that shouldn't change: humans retaining final control over the assets.

Ian Rogers, Chief Human Agency Officer at Ledger, sits down with Pavel, co-founder of AgenC — a marketplace where agents claim jobs and submit results.

The design starts from one assumption: the host machine is compromised. Agents build and drive transaction flows, but never touch private keys. The Ledger device acts as a supervised signer, not a blind one, connected through Ledger's Device Management Kit.

How to Fix the Security Flaw Built Into Every AI Agent | The Ledger Podcast ft. Shisa.ai Jun 25, 2026
    Show notes

AI agents are capable and easily fooled at the same time. They can read your data, act on your behalf, and reach the outside world. Because LLMs don't fundamentally separate data from instructions, anything they read can be treated as a command.

In this episode of The Ledger Podcast, Leonard Lin, CTO of Shisa.ai, in conversation with Ledger Chief Human Agency Officer Ian Rogers, talks about building AI agents you can trust. Leonard's framework, Shisa D, inverts the usual control plane so the AI proposes and the system decides. Secrets are removed from the model, tool calls are reviewed by a separate layer, and the highest-risk actions route to a Ledger signer, where you see the real intent in plain text and approve it with a physical tap.

Plus a live demo of Shisa D routing an action to a Ledger signer for hardware approval.

Inside DeFi Vaults: Staying in Control of Your Assets Jun 19, 2026
    Show notes

What is a DeFi vault, and how do you use one without handing over control of your money?

In this episode of The Ledger Podcast, Ledger’s EVP of Consumer Services JF Rochet sits down with Adrian, co-founder of Steakhouse Financial, a leading on-chain asset manager specializing in institutional-grade DeFi vaults, to break it down from the basics up.

The takeaway: do your own research, take it seriously, and when you're ready, sign with a Ledger signer.

Quantum Is Not Here Yet. The Trust Problem Is. Jun 09, 2026
    Show notes

Quantum computing is coming for the cryptography that secures payments, messaging, websites, banks and blockchains. But how worried should you actually be, and what should anyone be doing about it?

In this new episode of The Ledger Podcast, Ledger CTO Charles Guillemet sits down with Ledger Head of Brand Development Mo El-Sayed to unpack what's really happening — without the doom.

AI Agent With a Wallet. What Could Go Wrong? Feb 13, 2026
    Show notes

In this episode of the Ledger Podcast, the team dives into the rise of the “agentic world” — a future where AI agents act on your behalf to move funds, sign transactions, and manage digital identity. But as agents become more autonomous, one critical question emerges: how do you trust them with your secrets, identity, and wealth?

Fresh from the Circle USDC hackathon, Ledger engineers share how they built a secure bridge between AI automation and hardware-backed security using Moltbook — a platform designed specifically for agent interactions. Their solution enables AI agents to create transaction “intents” that require human approval on a Ledger device, keeping private keys protected inside the secure element.

The episode also unpacks a real-world lesson in AI risk: when the OpenClaw agent over-optimized for hackathon votes, it spiraled into a cascade of failed jobs after hitting rate limits — proving exactly why “human in the loop” guardrails are essential for agentic commerce.

From SWIFT to Stablecoins: The New Operating System for the World’s Economy Jan 09, 2026
    Show notes

In this episode of the Ledger Podcast, Jean-François Rochet (EVP of Consumer Services) sat down with Shah Ramezani, CEO and Founder of Noah, to explore how stablecoins are connecting the traditional finance world with crypto and why payments are the key to real adoption.

Shah explains why stablecoins quietly proved their value during the market downturn, how people were already using them to move money, and what’s been missing to make on-chain and fiat payments work seamlessly together.

Building Trust in Crypto: Ilia Vulkov on Security, Regulation & Payments Rails Dec 19, 2025
    Show notes

In this episode of the Ledger Podcast, Sebastian Badault (EVP, Ledger Enterprise) sits down with Ilya Vulkov, Co-Founder & CEO of Youhodler, to unpack a question every serious builder faces: how do you earn trust in digital assets?

Ilya explains that crypto isn’t a “revolution," it’s an evolution, and what that means in practice: borrowing proven financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks, then bringing them on-chain with better speed and usability.

Why Blind Signing Is Killing DeFi Dec 12, 2025
    Show notes

In this episode of The Ledger Podcast, Jeff Rochet EVP of Consumer Services at Ledger sits down with DaoSasha, Head of BD at 1inch to talk about one of the most critical pain points in crypto: blind signing.

They explain why signing transactions you don’t fully understand is a massive blocker to DeFi mass adoption, and how clear signing on Ledger devices with direct 1inch integration helps fix that. You’ll hear how 1inch evolved from a DEX aggregator to a full DeFi infrastructure brand, why they rebranded around the slogan “Move Forward As One”, and how their collaboration with Ledger lets users swap on 1inch while verifying every transaction on a trusted Ledger screen. They also look ahead to the future of DeFi:

    • Clear signing as the new standard for secure transactions
    • Tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs)
    • What institutions need: compliance, transparency & UX
    • Wallets as identity, reputation and ownership hubs
