When you are in a negative environment, when do you know to stick it out, endure, tolerate and remain…and when should you get out of there?! There is no cookie cutter answer. But in this show we had Bob Beaudine in the office to get to the nitty gritty on this issue. Bob is a renowned Ziglar champion, and the man who Sports Illustrated called, “the top front-office matchmaker in sports”. We listen to a 3-minute clip from Bob, then break it down. He starts off saying, “Life isn’t often fair.” From that, we discussed 3 points, 1) When you get rejected and put down and minimized, you may be on the wrong team, in the wrong crowd, at the wrong company, 2) Rejection can be a reminder of who you are and who you are not, 3) Go where you’re celebrated, not where you’re tolerated.
