Are you a people pleaser?⁣ Yeah, me too.⁣ This episode is all about people pleasing. At the root, people pleasing is trying to manipulate other people's emotions. It is trying to make them happy. ⁣ But we can't MAKE anyone feel anything, especially at our own expense. ⁣ ⁣ The alternative? Find a loving reason. Don't do things out of obligation. Change your thoughts to love. ⁣ Instead of being the angry, resentful victim, try finding a reason you want to serve. ⁣Stop pleasing and start loving. ⁣

We live in two spaces, our homes and our minds. Both of these need an occasional decluttering. We accumulate extra stuff that is no longer beneficial. We recycle old thoughts and shove things into nooks and crannies that are not helpful. Cleaning out our closets and cleaning out our thoughts frees up space for us to become who we truly want to be. This episode helps us become free of clutter by examining our homes and minds. Look at where you are living, both literately and figuratively. Is that space contributing to your overwhelm and indecision? Clearing clutter from your life will increase your happiness.
