On today's episode, we have a very inspiring interview with Aaron Chapman. If you haven't heard of him, he holds a load of experience in real estate financing and has a long history in working in the finance service industry, helping real estate investors structure deals. He is also an expert in self-employment income, credit analysis and owner occupied financing . In his spare time, he enjoys saving lives in mountain desert rescue missions.

In early 1997, Aaron began working in coal mines in New Mexico. The project was shut down and he was forced to return home but was unable to secure a job. He eventually secured a job as a telemarketer after stumbling into an old friend who introduced him to mortgage brokering. Aaron quickly worked his way up the ranks in mortgage brokering but after experiencing a life tragedy, he hit rock bottom. After refusing to give up, Aaron fought his way back to the top and now has a powerful testimony to share!

Today, we want to encourage you all to strongly consider forming partnerships and building a team in your business. We want you all to know that you don't have to do this business alone.

The Bible says, 'Two are better than one, because they have a good return of their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up' (Ecclesiastes 4:9 NIV).

This is an awesome scripture that can relate to business because there is power in working together and it's always good to have a team to lean on, confide in and help you along the way when things get tough.

So today's interview is about the dynamic duo, Lee Bryant and Jessica Weaver with Southeastern Real Estate Solutions. Lee and Jessica began doing short sales together back in 2007, and after realizing how much their personalities and talents complimented one another, they decided to join forces in 2009 and expand business to encompass HUD properties across multiple southern coastal areas of the United States including South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Ten years later, the team is still going strong closing 100 deals a year!
