    Dr. Abdul Razak is an attending neonatologist at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital and an Associate Clinical Professor at Princess Norah bint Abdulrahman University in Saudi Arabia. He has earned his MD degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Medical Sciences, India, and a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine from McMaster University, Canada. He is passionate about neonatal research, and his research interest focuses on improving respiratory and neurological outcomes of preterm infants. He has published several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters (60 peer-reviewed journal articles and 9 book chapters). In addition, he enjoys learning and teaching neonatal evidence-based medicine.

    Dr. Ravi Mangal Patel is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Neonatal Clinical Research at Emory University and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. He is passionate about evidence-based medicine. His research interests include necrotizing enterocolitis, neonatal transfusion, caffeine therapy and perinatal epidemiology.

    He is an executive committee member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Section on Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. He is also a principal investigator in the NICHD Neonatal Research Network, chair of the International Society for Evidence-Based Neonatology (EBNEO) and president of the Southern Society for Pediatric Research.

    Dr. Patel received his MD from the Medical College of Georgia and an MSc from Emory University.
