Brown case with Eduardo Dumbrique who was wrongly convicted of a crime he did not commit when he was 15 and then put into solitary confinement for an inhumane length of time, it was Eduardo Dumbrique’s legal scholarship under the oppressive conditions that led Ashker v. Brown to force the CDC to change the solitary confinement policies, and eventually Eduardo Dumbrique was exonerated and released. This show is crucial to understanding why solitary confinement is inhumane, why America must not condone it and inspiring because it is proof that Law Professors and Inmates can work together to improve America for everyone and make real change.
