Here we are getting ready for the Games and there are some new players who have hit their "start" buttons. This week's recap could go on for days but we made sure that Sir Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde give you what you need and only miss a few results along the way. Amidst going thru the results a topic becomes glaring...mastering peaking-how, what, and when. Listen to what the tiles have to say about their craft. There has been A LOT of chatter regarding Tokyo, I asked the guys what headlines are popping out to them the most. Can you sign on for what they are saying? Listen in for this part, EVERYONE needs to hear it even if they don't agree! Sir Lucious graces us with his presence on RAPID FIRE and our HeartBeat Props are always a great thing to wrap up with. Keep on, keepin' on y'all!

Welcome back after an exciting US Olympic Trials! The athletes of track and field didn't not come to play over the last two weeks. We will highlight a little more of what happened in week 2 of the trials. Coming out of the trials, we were seeing how performances weren't good enough and for those who did have good enough performances, that wasn't all they needed to advance. See how Clyde's statement some weeks back came to life post Olympic trials all over the world. For those who directly made the team-Sir Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde highlight a major element that separates them from the teams of recent past. Do you see what the guys see? Lastly, more on the topic of Name, Image, and Likeness...the well gets deeper than you think. Clyde jumps in the seat for RAPID FIRE and Heartbeat Props this week are relevant to all of our current climates. Sit back, enjoy the summer weather and listen in on the newest episode of Athletics LLC!

Hello there! We're back, and I didn't mess anything up! Jumping right into the Trials for Tokyo, how do you even know what to highlight first!? Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde take care of that for you... Then with the conclusion of the collegiate season, the gents give you their FINAL LLC Bowerman picks. I think we need to give them some basic math skills! Speaking of the collegians, we touch on the Supreme Court ruling regarding the limitations (or lack thereof) that the courts overruled the NCAA on. Listen to what the guys have to say about that! SHHEESSSH! Last but not least, WA and their ranking system in regards to the effects that it is having on the Olympic trials. What in the heck!? Due to the "lost" episode last week, both Lucious AND Lamar are in RAPID FIRE...it is pretty interesting how this ends up, if I say so myself! (And I do) Sit back, put on your seatbelts and enjoy this week's episode of #ATHLETICSLLC

We made it! We made it to the CHAMPIONSHIP meet! The best results producing meet that isn't professional. Tonight's episode comes to you early so you can hear our results predictions before they happen. Like Indoors, Sir Lucious sits out the process and Big League steps in. Hear the hate from Lamar and Clyde off tops y'all! Just wait, just wait LOL! We do start the show off with love for Andy Stubbs and Coach Mac, two figures who mean a great deal to track and field in their own rights. May the two of you rest in power. What were they thinking?! There has been some chatter about how the heats have been seeded, and why does it looks so different from the past. Well, Sir Lucious graces us with his knowledge of the matter and the discussion that follows is enlightening. Of course, we didn't forget TRACK IS BACK so we kept it to a few main results but SHEESH so many electric things happening everywhere right now. Clyde closes us out in RAPID FIRE and we wish Sir Lucious all the marks he needs this week. Blessings, grace, and strength to you all in Eugene and beyond. See you in a few!

Apologies to those out there who are use to our regular posting time, we have been having major technical difficulties recently and time HAS NOT worked in our favor! But nonetheless, we adapt and move on! This week, ohwee, this week we get into some thoughtful topics. What did the metric of the 40yd times REALLY mean for track and field's relationship with football? Sir Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde give some really great points to the event beyond that track and football fast are different. Then TRACK IS BACK! What was in the water at the West and East prelims!? Dang the weather delays, varying temperatures, and nerves...them collegians came out to do some WERK! (Yes, I know how I spelled that) Lastly, the TRANSFER PORTAL, what are the pros and cons of its existence. Lamar steps up in Rapid Fire and Heart Beat Props get sent out to those who are appreciated. To all of our subscribers who faithfully watch/listen to the show...my Heart Beat Props go out to you tonight for your patience and desire to hear what we have to talk about! -Chew
