J.J. is the President at Bleuwave and a respected leader in the construction arena with an emphasis on operational proficiency and customer care. He has a strong aptitude on linking human capital, safety, operations, finance, sustainable building, and ever changing technical requirements. His value to an organization is to operationalize it in a way that reduces inefficiency and increases revenue. His goal is to be far in front of any current situation by foreseeing potential risk and working on the process so it is easier for his team in the future. DD has a new man-crush.
