Dr. Oz on the New $50 Weight Loss Program, Cracking Down on $2 Billion in Healthcare Fraud, and the "Silent Killer" Warning You Need to Hear

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America, and the recent death of South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham has put an even bigger spotlight on the health crisis.

Following the tragic passing of Graham—which doctors believe was caused by an aortic tear—CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz joined Jessica Rosenthal to deliver a vital health warning about aortic dissections and the "silent killer" that millions of Americans are ignoring: high blood pressure. He explained the importance of knowing your numbers and why hypertension can be so harmful to the heart and other organs.

Dr. Oz also broke down the newly launched BRIDGE program, which makes GLP-1 weight-loss drugs affordable for seniors, and explained why he says these medications can save lives and taxpayer dollars.

Finally, he shared exclusive details from his latest boots-on-the-ground investigation exposing a massive, multi-billion-dollar Medicare fraud ring, and how the Administration is trying to shut down operations that are siphoning government money.

We often have to cut interviews short during the week, but we thought you might like to hear the full interview.

From Washington: Making American Ships Again & China's Maritime Threat Jul 19, 2026
    Show notes

There is a massive push to revitalize American shipyards, but it's not just about the military—it's an urgent effort to combat the threat posed by weapons hidden in the shipping containers of foreign adversaries. With China currently constructing more than 90% of the world's commercial shipping tonnage while the U.S. builds a mere fraction of a percent, lawmakers warn our national security, and global trade lines are at risk. Indiana Republican Senator Todd Young joins to discuss his bipartisan 'Ships for America Act' and how rebuilding a domestic commercial fleet provides critical "flex capacity" to support the Navy and protect our economy.

Plus, Republican strategist and co-founder of South and Hill Strategies Colin Reed joins to discuss how the escalating conflict with Iran and disruptions to the global oil supply could upend the traditional midterm election playbook.

Extra: Is Cuba About To Collapse? Jul 18, 2026
    Show notes

    Is Cuba next?

While Washington focuses on Iran, a new national security crisis looms just off our shores. Facing crippling fuel shortages from U.S. sanctions, Cuba is now firmly in the administration's crosshairs—with speculation building over a potential strike like the U.S. operation in Venezuela.

Former Miami Mayor and FOX News contributor Francis Suarez recently joined host Dave Anthony on the Rundown to discuss the situation on the Island Nation.

Saurez is featured in a new FOX Nation special, "Cuba: A New Dawn", that details the "maximum pressure" strategy being deployed by President Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Saurez discusses what a collapse of Cuba's regime could look like and how the administration would handle a gradual transition to democracy and capitalism.

He also discusses the dangerous influence of China, Russia, and Iran operating in the region and why he believes the island nation is a national security threat.

Evening Edition: Paramount+ Legal Counsel Confident Warner Bros. Merger Will Go Through Jul 18, 2026
    Show notes

Earlier this week, twelve states filed a lawsuit trying to block Paramount's proposed $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. The lawsuit is trying to argue the merger would eliminate competition in Hollywood and reduce choices for all consumers nationwide. A Paramount-Warner combo would bring together two of Hollywood's last five legacy studios. Paramount says the lawsuit "distorts settled antitrust law" and maintains that a merger would instead create a "stronger competitor against dominant streaming and technology platforms.'

FOX’s Krystin Goodwin speaks with Jon Leibowitz, antitrust legal counsel to 'Paramount+' and former Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), who says he is confident the merger will boost competition and will offer much more content to viewers.

Evening Edition: Supreme Court Justices Ask for More Security Because Of Rising Threats Jul 16, 2026
    Show notes

In a rare appearance before Congress earlier this week, Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan and Amy Coney Barrett testified before both the House Appropriations Committee and the Senate, asking for an additional $14.6 million, as part of its $228 million budget request, for enhanced security. The justices gave testimony on various threats, they and their families have faced just because of decisions made by the highest court in the land. So, why have these threats risen so sharply, and what can be done to offer more protection for highest court?

FOX’s Chris Foster speaks with Shannon Bream, FOX News Channel Supreme Court correspondent and host of the 'Living the Bream' podcast, who says this concerning trend needs to be addressed.
