Enjoy.

December Challenge: 3000 burpees in a month. Nov 30, 2020
    Show notes

This is the challenge for the month of December. Brought to us by one of our listeners! We are going to do 3000 burpees. No that is not a typo, we are doing three thousand burpees in a month. This will be challenging, which is appropriate, for a challenge. Kevin and I think you are fully capable of joining us in it though and we want you to come with us on this journey. Listen to the audio for an idea on how to scale it if you feel you need to. The rules are as follows: At the bottom of the burpee your chest must touch the ground. At the top of the burpee you must jump and both feet must actually leave the ground. You must clap your hands somewhere above your head whilst jumping. That's it. Now start doing burpees. Merry Christmas from The Fire You Carry!

Through all this Branden ended up at a Mighty Oaks Warrior Legacy Program and found healing and the way forward. Nole has also attended on of these Mighty Oaks Legacy Programs. If you are dealing with any level of PTS or think you may know someone who is, this episode is for you, and even if you don't this is a good listen that will give you a window into what is going on right now with so many of our veterans and first responders.
