Dr. Geoff grew up in Kansas City and was exposed to the world of dentistry at a young age, when his parents took him to get braces. The experience was transformative for him, and he was amazed at the way his dentist was able to renew his confidence in himself and his smile. His passion for the profession was solidified when he was hit in the mouth during a high school basketball game and needed to receive two root canals. Dr. Geoff had a great experience with his dentist and was inspired to provide calm, cool, and collected care just like the doctor who helped him.

Dr. Geoff studied biological sciences with a minor in chemistry at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and he went on to earn his DDS from the same school. Immediately after dental school, Dr. Geoff and his wife, Brianne, moved to Memphis, TN for her to attend a Pediatric Dental residency at the University of Tennessee Health Center. During this time, Dr. Geoff worked as an associate at a private practice office in Arkansas and Tennessee. He gained experiences in all facets of dentistry and quickly became very comfortable with the idea of being the only dentist in the office. He had a great mentor who gave him the confidence and support he needed to really develop his skills.

Dr. Geoff's passion for helping people out of pain and restoring their confidence has only grown stronger as he’s grown in his dental expertise. As an Implant Pathway-trained member of both the ADA and the KDA, he continues to hone his skills through advanced education courses in an effort to always provide his patients with the exceptional care they deserve. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Geoff enjoys golfing, playing with his two dogs and two cats, trying new restaurants with his wife, and cheering on the Chiefs and the Royals.

Jonathan W. Titus, D.D.S. Mar 10, 2024

Jonathan W. Titus, D.D.S. grew up the eldest of 11 children in a northern suburb of Indianapolis. He spent many hours in his uncle’s dental office in his youth which undoubtedly helped cultivate a love of dentistry and influenced his decision to pursue dentistry.

Dr. Titus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Purdue University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

A technophile and CE junkie, Dr. Titus strives to deliver clinically excellent comprehensive care in a patient-centered, relationship-based model. He has received training from the Dawson Academy, the Spear Institute, and the Schuster Center for Professional Development and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Titus and his wife, Mollie, have 5 sons who keep their calendars and hearts full. Between sports practices and coaching duties for the boys, Dr. Titus and Mollie can typically be found at church or finding a way to get some exercise together.

Dr. Alex Cammack, DDS Mar 03, 2024

Dr. Alex Cammack, DDS was born and raised in Longview, TX. He attended Baylor University in Waco, TX, for his undergraduate studies where he received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies. Dr. Cammack went on to attend the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX, where he graduated Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2011. During his time in Dental School, Dr. Cammack received the Award for Excellence in Dentistry two years in a row and was honored with the AAID Senior Dental Student Award for Implant Dentistry, as well as the Southwest Society of OMS Senior Dental Student Award for distinguished academic achievement.

Dr. Cammack has known he wanted to be a dentist since the age of 14. He has always had a passion for meeting new people and working with his hands. Dr. Cammack has been trained in implant dentistry on many different systems and loves the surgical aspect of dentistry.

Dr. Cammack is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He is committed to continuing education and self improvement through coursework and association involvement so that he may provide exemplary service and care to each and every patient.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Cammack loves and supports his wife, Dr. Kathleen Cammack, who is an OB/GYN at Texas Health Care here in Fort Worth. They love and adore their son and daughters, Porter, Parker, and Louise. Dr. Cammack loves being able to practice with his father-in-law and keep it in the family. He is also an active outdoorsman and sports enthusiast who enjoys hiking, hunting, golfing, soccer, snow skiing, water skiing and running. During football season you can expect to find him following college football and cheering on the Baylor Bears.

Dr. Cammack and his family attend Christ Chapel Bible Church, and he strives to live every day by the verse, “to whom much is given, much more is expected.”

Additionally:

I purchased my Father-In-Law’s practice in 2017. He has been a staple in the Fort Worth Dental Community and just recently full retired at the end of 2023. Our practice grew rapidly after COVID hit due to several dentists in our area retiring. Multiple smaller practices shut down and sent their patients to us. It required us to expand our space in our building and hire several new staff. It came with its challenges from a staffing standpoint and servicing our existing patients. We are finally in a groove, but my Father In Law and Office Manager of 37 years are retiring within months of each other. Another set of challenges are on the horizon. We are contracted with one insurance company. While we are still filing insurances for patients as a courtesy, I would love to get away from that at some point and go true FFS.

Dr. Jill A. Tanzi originates from Oxford, MA where she graduated valedictorian from Oxford High School. She obtained a BA cum laude in Biology from the University of Rochester and a DDS from the University of Maryland, also with honors. During dental school, Dr. Tanzi performed research on salivary glands at the National Institute of Dental Research in Bethesda, Maryland. After graduation, Dr. Tanzi worked in private practice for 3 years in the Philadelphia area before returning to Massachusetts to open The Dentist at Hopkinton in 2003. She also is a student of the Midwest Implant Institute outside of Columbus, OH.

Dr. Tanzi was a volunteer, helping to pass Question 2 in MA. She is president and one of the founding members of the Alliance of Independent Dentists.

About Dr. Sonny Spera

Dr. Sonny Spera graduated from Union Endicott High School in 1981. With a four-year basketball scholarship he graduated from Syracuse University in 1985; majoring in Chemistry and Psychology. He was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. He was also the co-captain of the 1984-1985 Syracuse basketball team.

Dr. Spera graduated from SUNY Buffalo Dental School in 1989 in the top 10% of his class. At SUNY Buffalo Dental School he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Society. He was also UB Graduate Assistant Basketball coach.

Dr. Spera has been in private practice since 1989 and is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Sixth District Dental Society and the Broome County Dental Society. He is also a member of the International Association of Orthodontics, the BC Dental Society and the BCDS Study Club.

Away from the office, he volunteers with several community organizations, including the Elks Club, the Son’s of Italy, the STNY Flyers, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Basketball Coaches Association of New York. He is the founder and president of ME Hoops Inc.

Dr. Spera currently resides with his wife Angela, whom he met at Syracuse University, and their three children, Marcus, Erica, and Carla. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, basketball, golf, music and movies.

Food for thought: I would say think of your mouth like a house that you have to live in for the next 50 years. A builder can use cheap materials, cheap labor, and your bill will be small. But is that wise given that you can’t buy another house? My office places thousands of implants, and believe me, teeth are best, so protect them as best you can. And if your dentist tells you she is going “out of network,” be excited because it might mean you are getting amazing dental work!
