Time Stamped Show Notes:
[0:30] - #AAA for May 2023
[1:17] - Kasturi - How do you handle situations where you have to “manage up” (i.e. mentor people who are senior & more experienced than you)? How do you handle the feeling “what can I possibly teach him/her?”
[4:10] - Vishaal - Asking for a friend who wants to leave her role as a grade school teacher and go corporate but still within the realm of education because she has a master's in that area focusing on leadership and policy. Is there a way she can find people who used to work as grade school teachers but now are doing something else whether related or unrelated?
[7:02] - Antoinette - When it comes to creating content, like a LinkedIn post, how do you choose what topic to write about on a given day? Do you have any advice for those who are new to writing posts, (social media or personal website) on how to craft meaningful content?
[11:22] - Seth - When you're coaching someone who's at a career crossroads that hasn't updated their resume in years and doesn't have a robust Linkedin presence, what do you encourage them to spend more time on: Resume design or beefing up their profile and network?
[13:49] - Matthew - What are your priorities outside of work, Austin?
