Stay ConnectedWe’re rereading Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series of fantasy novels! Why? Because they’re so much fun!
We recap the events of the story as we go, so you don’t have to read along unless you want to.
These books are pretty great already, but what we add is a lot of jokes of varying hilarity, and a little insight. We have a great time recording these and we hope you’ll have a great time listening. Join us!
Nynaeve finally takes the test to become a full Aes Sedai. Her success depends on her skill (which is good) and her tact (which is not good). Also, Ituralde leads a fighting retreat which goes well until it doesn't. And Mat gets advice on being a legend from Birgitte, a literal legend.
Your hosts are Jeff Lake, Micah Sparkman, and Alice Sullivan.

His state of body is less secure though, since his army has encountered Galad's army of white-clad jerks. Meanwhile Mat finds himself sharing a tent with a certain rubbery horror.

His plan to massacre the Seanchan goes off the rails (if genocide can be considered on the rails) and the only person who can talk Rand out of destroying the world is Lews Therin. Not our first choice.

It goes poorly. Then Egwene finally launches the assault on Tar Valon and it goes extremely well.
