Stay ConnectedWe’re rereading Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series of fantasy novels! Why? Because they’re so much fun!
We recap the events of the story as we go, so you don’t have to read along unless you want to.
These books are pretty great already, but what we add is a lot of jokes of varying hilarity, and a little insight. We have a great time recording these and we hope you’ll have a great time listening. Join us!
We finished the show. Tanchico is cool, the Waste is hot. The Battle of Emond's Field is fumbled but Faile is just right. We even get a visit from a certain foxy fellow.

Everything is going down at Falme! The Whitecloaks attack! Elayne and Nynaeve launch their rescue attempt of Egwene! Mat summons the Heroes of the Horn! Perrin makes best enemies with Dain Borhold! Oh yeah, and Rand is proclaimed Dragon Reborn by, uh, a giant dragon!

Rand must escape his captivity from the Amyrlin Seat. So he asks Lanfear for help. She helps by blowing up Cairhien. Then Rand, Moiraine, Lan, and Lanfear all team up to go to Falme. Oh yeah, and Moiraine wasn't really stilled, just shielded, and Rand fixes that.

Egwene, Nynaeve, and Elayne get familiar with the Seanchan, which is unpleasant. Rand hangs out in Cairhien with Moiraine's family, which is awkward. Mat discovers that Min is working for Ishamael, which is nonsensical.

We spend a lot of time watching Moiraine and Verin, neither of whom does much worth mentioning. So forget that sentence. Perrin meets Aviendha, who is pretty cool. Also Nynaeve and Elayne evade the Seanchan, but Egwene does not.

Nynaeve, Egwene, and Elayne walk right into Liandrin's Seachan trap (the first of many, perhaps). Selene is revealed to be Lanfear when Moiraine runs her through with a sword while Rand is running her through with... not a sword.

Nynaeve faces her Accepted test. Rand and Selene go anti-slumming it in a fancy party to get some fancy wine so Rand can bribe fancy Logain. Mat and Min team up but it turns out Min sucks now.

The Wheel of Time show continues! As do we, your intrepid (re)viewers. Do Moiraine and Lan work out their feelings? Does Rand go grim and violent way ahead of schedule? Does the most Daughter-Heir-est of Daughter-Heirs finally make an appearance? Yes, yes, and oh, yes.
