Stay ConnectedWe’re rereading Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series of fantasy novels! Why? Because they’re so much fun!
We recap the events of the story as we go, so you don’t have to read along unless you want to.
These books are pretty great already, but what we add is a lot of jokes of varying hilarity, and a little insight. We have a great time recording these and we hope you’ll have a great time listening. Join us!
Here's a digressive episode for you! Jordan's romantic writing has us discussing consent, and we also contrast his curiously recurring characters with those of his arch-nemesis George R. R. Martin. Also, Perrin and Faile bicker a lot. Like, a lot.
Your hosts are Jeff Lake, Micah Sparkman, and Alice Sullivan.

Will Perrin defeat the twin threats of axe and metaphor? Will Mat stop stabbing his cards long enough to play them? And will Rand figure out what that half-naked lady in his bedroom is hinting at?

★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★This is the big finish! All our story lines come together again as everyone chips in to help Rand prove that he's the Dragon Reborn (for the second time) and defeats Ba'alzamon (for the third time). Climactic!

Also, Perrin arrives at an inn and kills a bunch of people... as usual.

Meanwhile, Egwene and friends walk into another trap. But it's a nice trap, full of friendship.

Also, Mat has become really good at rolling dice and killing people. In that order.
