Today I am hoping to share a topic with you that will bring you more happiness in your day and week. All too often I find that we are comparing ourselves to others in our day to day life. Social media, competitive spirit and our entrepreneurial drive make this a common practice.
Comparisons can sometimes help us to drive ourselves to new levels of performance; however, most of the time, it causes frustration and unhappy thoughts. In order to help give you some perspective, I'd like to suggest some ways that you can stop comparing and start enjoying "enough" in your life.

I want to talk to you about difficulties you (or someone you know) may be going through right now. Its the time of year where many people struggle with depression, anxiety or tough times. They may be personal, business or relationship related.
It makes me think about several times or seasons I have struggled in my life, so I went though my journals, notes and thoughts and wanted to share them with you. I hope they help you with perspective and inspiration to carry through till they pass...
And they will pass...You can overcome anything in your life. I believe that. Just know that you are not alone and you have greatness inside you to deal with EVERYTHING that comes your way.

I know we talk a lot about vision, dreambuilding and strategy, but the truth is that you only score points TODAY. Yesterdays home runs don't win tomorrow's games.
So, I want to share with you 7 P's for Performing in the moment and creating Results NOW.

I know that we all struggle from time to time, and I always look for ways to create suggestions, ideas and thoughts that can help you to move on or eliminate those negative thought patterns.
I found a great article I'd like to share with you today (along with some of my own suggestions) for dealing with negative past experiences. I hope you will listen, learn and benefit from these ideas. We need you to be wired for greatness going into the end of the year.
Your Vision for 2020 will be amazing so lets make sure that any negative, self defeating thought patterns are eliminated. Or, at a minimum, we have some habits to help us deal with them.
