    The Bus Driver Experience

Imagine what it would be like to travel the world, meet the most amazing people on the road, learn from them and gain an incredible perspective about how they live.

Now imagine being able to do that from your home.

I created The Bus Driver Experience as a way to gain a new perspective from the unique lives of other people – Olympic athletes, monks, porn stars – to not just learn, but EXPERIENCE what it’s like to be in their shoes for a day.

And do it in a way unlike how every other travel/interview show does it. Most other shows merely talk with these individuals.

But talking with these people isn’t enough for me.

I want to live their unique story. To understand not only what they go through in their day to day, but also why they’re doing it.

Kirra Cheers - The Hypersexuality of the Female Figure - Ep. 10 Jul 30, 2019
    Show notes

Today on the show, again, we're going to be tackling the idea of censorship. The people who think things shouldn't be seen or things shouldn't be expressed, or the idea that certain things when they're portrayed are going to project bad ideas is a big responsibility in our society. And in this democracy, in the republic, in the free state that we get to live in, it's very unique privilege to be able to decide what can be said, what can be seen.

Today's guest is Kirra Cheers. Kirra is a photographer/director whose work explores themes of connection and sexuality within an urban dating culture. Originally from Australia, Kirra now lives and works in New York City. She is currently living in New York City. She's a photo based journalist who looked at questions and looks at dating in an urban environment.

For today's show, Kirra and I are topless during this podcast and we're going to be pushing the bounds and the limits of Google, Facebook, Instagram and the ways they limit and censor what and how things can be seen and perceived.

If you're in New York City, please go check out her show at the box August 24th. It is a Free The Nipple Party.

Tayo Rockson - The Power of Inclusivity - Ep. 9 Jul 23, 2019
    Show notes

Inclusivity is defined as an intention or policy of including people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized. Now. Where you may stand on this word, its definition and how it's perceived today. Some people believe this is the most inclusive time. And some people believe this is the most exclusive time. So today I'm bringing on an expert and someone who I believe not just talks great to inclusive communities, but also exclusive communities without making anybody feel marginalized.

I present to you Tayo Rockson. Tayo is a keynote speaker and author in New York City. He specializes in working with companies and corporations, helping to bring them into a digital age. Titles become a good friend of mine, not just a buddy I podcast with here and there. And we had an incredible conversation, conversations about inclusivity versus exclusivity. Are we living in the most inclusive time? And what is America's stance and what is the betrayal and message we are trying to portray and convey to the rest of world, being the leaders in how we want this world to move in a moral and positive direction? And of course, Tayo and I got into, you know, a little bit of Twitter talk, Lionel Messi verse, Christiano Ronaldo, who's the better player? Who has a better legacy?

    Please enjoy the show.

How would that one event change your life?

Everybody, meet Tony Jeffries - Olympic Bronze Medalist, international trainer and founder of the best boxing gym in all of L.A., Box N’ Burn.

Antonio "Scoop" Jardine - Basketball Is Life - Ep. 1 May 14, 2019
    Show notes

How does someone go from playing in the NBA to creating programs for troubled kids off the street?

Everybody, meet Antonio “Scoop” Jardine @scoopjardine. NBA basketball player turned entrepreneur who owes everything he knows about business from what he learned on the court.

After losing his little brother in a street shootout and finding himself drift away from basketball, Scoop, to help out his community, started the Basketball Is Life foundation - a basketball-based school program aimed at helping troubled kids off the streets. A chance to give them opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have access to.

I’ve known this man for over 10 years. He was one of our star players back when we played together at Syracuse Orange and we’ve been in contact ever since. The stories and experiences he has to share around his life are incredible to listen to. And I hope you get as much from listening to him as I did. So please, just sit back and enjoy the show.

    In this episode you’ll learn:

    • What starting a school program for helping kids is like and how that helped him love basketball again.
    • How Scoop got his first job in business by reaching out to his old fans - and how powerful your connection can be when you need the help.
    • How awkward it is to flex for thousands of people so you can be auctioned off for charity.
    • How much of a DRILL SERGEANT our coach was in college and what hilarious situations ensued because of it.
    • Scoop’s philosophy on how similar being a quarterback or point guard is to being a CEO and how that translates into business.
    • And much more.
