    2. What content to share that quickly gets them taking action
    3. Keyways to help with setup, organization, and list-making
    4. How to maximize attendee interaction and comfortability
    5. Helping attendees to know which specific items to bring
    6. How a new twist on the dinner decor was unexpectedly helpful
    7. Always something to learn when it comes to feeding people
    8. Swag selections gone right and gone wrong
    9. How to get feedback on your own next moves

Episode 120 - Looking Back on the First Two Years of My Inner Circle Program Jul 22, 2021
    Show notes

It's been two years since I started my signature membership program: The Blooming Business Inner Circle. In that time I've learned so much!

In this episode, I'm sharing the microphone with our special guest and Inner Circle Client Concierge, Jordan Boss. We'll discuss the ins and outs of our all-inclusive business mastermind. We'll also share some insight if you've ever thought about creating your own membership or group program experience.

To date, over 300+ women have been part of this program. We focus on proven frameworks alongside smart and simplified marketing strategies. We've created a community full of brilliant women ready to grow and scale their businesses.

Through our monthly happy mail known as "Growing Guide" workbooks, surprise party favors, and live in-person events, my team and I are constantly pouring ourselves into this mastermind experience. This Sisterhood is becoming all that I had envisioned and more!

Two years later, our mission of providing our sisters with success roadmap is still at the front of our minds. It all comes from constant experimentation. We've made it a focus to create seamless systems, include physical components for a better experience, and ask our members what we can improve on.

Like everything else in life, building a successful mastermind takes time. Over time, I've learned what my strengths and weaknesses are in delivering a dynamic program such as this and finding support where I need. This in turn has allowed me to thrive when teaching and coaching my clients in this program.

Let's unpack what I've learned so far! I can't wait to share with you my tips for designing your own program, and let you in on what goes on behind the scenes in the Inner Circle.

    Highlights:

    1. What is the Blooming Business Inner Circle?

    2. What the all inclusive business mastermind experience offer you.

    3. Why I decided to create the Inner Circle and surprise wins and flops with our members.

    4. What I have learned in the past two years with this membership?

    5. What we have next in store for this program to make it even better.

    3. How a marketing refresh gives your business a little jolt of energy, helps you see what needs to be done, and also allows you to explore new ways to grow.

    4. What mid-year marketing check-in prompts you should follow to have an understanding of what's working and what's not working.

    5. Setting the next set of goals for your business and creating an affirmation statement to lean into.

Episode 116 - How to Create Live Video Content That Connects & Converts Mar 12, 2019
    Show notes

On today's episode I am sharing my best tips for creating live video content that connects and converts. These days, studies have shown that 80% of users would rather watch live video from a brand than read any of their content marketing posts and that their retention rate is higher! I was shocked by these results and I want to help you harness the power and potential of live video on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. In this episode I advise you on which platforms to share your content, the types of content you should be sharing, and how best to present yourself, so that you can bring in new leads and convert more customers. And always remember, it gets easier the more you do it. So turn up that microphone and get ready to hit record!

    Highlights:

    1. Why being authentic and making mistakes on live video can strengthen your brand

    2. How even just announcing the color of the year can lead to you as a trendsetter and an authority in your business

    3. Why having guests with small audiences are just as important as those with large audiences

    4. Which part of a live video is the most crucial

    5. How best to end your live video
