    Today's episode:

Work is one of those things we need for a sense of fulfilment, either personal/growth or financial, yet it can often be the things that destroys our overall sense of being ... that is, if we don't know how to manage and have a balanced relationship with it. Today I have dedicated the last of our Balance Rules series to this area because I feel there is SO much potential in our capabilities when we have a healthy and well defined relationship with work.

Does this mean you won't work any overtime? No. Does this mean you won't work hard? No! It's about getting to the core of what you require from a job and knowing when it is taking you away from the other areas of your life. A key skill which I feel, is the make or break for our sense of balance.

    -------------

Today’s guest Nora, is a certified Self-Empowerment Coach, on a mission to support individuals in showing up unapologetically and having more fulfilling relationships. I instantly connected with her mission when I came across it and so I am very excited to have Nora on the show today to talk about how we can fully embody who we are, her career shift and transition through feeling lost, how we can overcome the inevitable fear that creeps up with doing new things and how to better understand our ego.

She also drops some golden nuggets on how to reframe rejection as misalignment and also how to extend self love & compassion in moments of negative energy,
