Ask a new parent or parent to a newborn/baby what they need the most and the answer is always SLEEP! But sleep has become a hot topic with some serious fire involved.. on one side you have sleep training advocates and on the other you have co-sleeping/attachment style parenting advocates... and in the middle you have about 90% of new parents just doing what works for their household. Molly helps us break down the great sleep debate, the extremist mentality involved, and gives some tips for optimizing sleep for both you and your baby!

On this episode of The Balance After Baby podcast, I sit down with Dr. Sarah Pachtman Shetty based out of NYC. Dr. Sarah is a maternal fetal medicine physician which is an obstetrician who specializes in high-risk pregnancies. As she puts it so eloquently, "I want people to come with questions and I want my patients to feel like they're involved in their care. I want you to go and learn and ask and know about your body."
