Your life is your business. What choices are you making to create it?
On today’s podcast, we’re joined by Sarah Watt, Simone’s sister in law, where we talk about the way we create and the way we are with our bodies.
Simone says that she, like most people, used to have her go-to exercise of running but it stopped giving her the results she wanted. Since she’s been training with Sarah, she’s been changing and rearranging what she wants to create with her body.
Sarah used to workout for results, but she also got to a point where things stopped changing. She started looking at what she was creating with her body and deciding what it would be fun to do.
Over the past two years, Sarah has been on a learning curve of how her body works and asking it what it wants.

Do you have an exercise routine which you stick to rigidly? Sarah Watt used to until she became so exhausted that she realized she wasn’t asking her body what it wanted to do.
If you remove the judgment on yourself with food, alcohol, and exercise, and start doing what feels good for your body, it can completely change the way you feel.
In this episode of Art & Industry of Business & Living, we talk about how our life is our business and how looking after ourselves relates to our work.
On today’s podcast, we’re joined by Simone’s best friend and partner Brendon Watt to discuss relationships and money.
There are so many rules and agendas and points of views about relationships and money, that people hate talking about it. Simone and Brendon give pointers and discuss what they choose, and recommend you choose what works for you.
They have been together for seven years and it hasn’t always been the easiest with money. When they met, Brendon was a tiler and thought he was earning great money, but he’d already spent it before he got it.
He had avoiding money down to a fine science. If he got a bill, he’d throw it in the bin so he didn’t have to deal with it. He’d never been taught how to manage money, so was completely unaware.

On today’s podcast, Simone is joined by Emily Russell who she works with at Access Consciousness and Joy of Business.
When Emily was approached to join Joy of business, she thought she didn’t know anything about business to be able to contribute. She had read the book and marked it up more than anything else she’d ever read when she was a stay at home mum and not working. She didn’t realize that your life is your business.
Emily didn’t get all the different things that business could be until Simone asked her “what do you know?” What you know is your life and your business.
What do you know that you haven’t been willing to acknowledge which could change everything?

What do you know? Just because something comes easy to you, doesn’t mean that you should dismiss it as a skill which isn’t valuable.
Simone talks about trusting yourself and what you know with her Access Consciousness and Joy of Business colleague Emily Russell in this week’s podcast.
Knowing that the choices you make don’t have to be perfect, and you can make another choice whenever you want, will give you the freedom to keep moving forward in your life.
On today’s podcast, we are joined by Christopher Hughes. A fellow Access Consciousness facilitator, and former flatmate of Simone’s.
Christopher has been an opera singer for a long time and realized when he was young that he loved performing and being on stage. He came from a small town in Canada which wasn’t a place of high culture but was really drawn to opera.
This fascination with opera singing the capacity a body has to create this sound led him to be passionate about playing with sound and using voice in different creative ways.
With his love of sales and marketing, Christopher has carried through his interest in voice and talks to us about using the right voice to paint a picture which people desire.

A bad day is something people don’t desire to talk about, as we see others on social media only portraying how wonderful their life is. On today’s podcast, we are joined by Lauren Marie to discuss what we do with a bad day when we’re feeling cranky.
Every choice we make creates something different, and there is a multiplicity of futures available to us as the universe has so much to offer. But what happens when the predictable future is gone?
When things don’t go according to our schedule and we get cranky because of it, if we ask “what else is possible?” could we cause something different to show up, and could it shift us out of our funk?

We are joined today by Rebecca Hulse, the Creative Producer of Joy of Business. She runs the show, or herds kittens as she says, with the facilitators which they have all over the world. Rebecca says that to her, leading means learning every day, as every day is different, and is having an overall view of where the business can go and what it can create.
Simone started Joy of Business with a book, and now runs seminars all over the world spreading the message that enjoying your work is not a dirty little secret. You don’t have to dread going to work on a Monday or countdown to the weekend. Their aim is to create businesses all over the world where people are happy being there.
What if everyone can enjoy what they’re doing? From the Joy of Business point of view, in an ideal world, everyone would enjoy it by using the Access Consciousness tools.

Lauren Marie talks to Simone about Money Mondays, a term she initially coined to try and make her partner excited about getting into a routine of looking at their finances every Monday.
She got the idea from seeing Simone and Brendon taking their laptops to a restaurant to have a date night whilst creating at the same time. Now, Money Mondays has grown into something everyone can get involved in by using the hashtag #MoneyMonday on social media or by joining the dedicated Facebook group.

Figuring out your finances doesn’t have to be boring, as Lauren Marie proves with her phrase Money Monday.
Originally coined to make her partner excited about going through their finances together, she proves that a date night of finances can be romantic as it gives you a chance to look at the future you’re creating together.
Do you ignore your financial reality? If you do, you’re making it impossible for anything great to change.

We talk to Steven and Chutisa Bowman, who quit their stable six-figure corporate jobs in order to create together.
Chutisa started the conversation by asking Steven, “is now the time for us to choose to create something totally different in our lives?”, and from that they came together to start a business from ground zero - the very beginning.
After figuring out how they could work together, they drew from their ability of being good at knowing how to create. From that, they went on to gain huge success with multiple companies, published books, and workshops to help people to open their own stream of consciousness for their own success.
