When I get to interview a good friend on the podcast, it always warms my heart and touches my soul. I met Tiffany a couple of years ago backstage, right before I spoke at a big event, and she has been a gift in my life ever since.

Tiffany Peterson is a speaker, coach and life lover who has been in this work for over twenty years. She is passionate about helping others overcome the challenges keeping them stuck – perhaps playing small, struggling with self doubt, or hiding in perfectionism – and she loves to help them develop the mindset and sales skillset to claim and create a life and a business that they love!

Whether speaking on large stages to intimate group retreats to private coaching, helping others develop positive success habits and sales strategies to create sustainable change brings her great joy in being part of someone's journey to their best life. She's helped many people, teams, and audiences double, even triple their sales, while cultivating a thriving and meaningful personal life in the process.

Tiffany has become a dear friend for many reasons, but I love what she shares in this episode about her philosophy on play, self-care, business, and life. • How to build unity and conquer prejudice (38:39)
    • How we rise to solve the problem once and for all (45:41)

"Life comes to break the idea of us, so we can break through."

Today's guest on the podcast is someone special. He has overcome some of the biggest challenges anyone faces to become a coach (working with the likes of Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi) and commit his life to serving others on the path of self-mastery.

After dealing with abuse as a child, being molested, struggling with drugs, and alcoholism, Princeton's life felt shattered. He lost himself and it led him into a deep depression. After a failed suicide attempt at the age of 23, he had a major awakening in his life. It took what he thought was broken and showed him that he had the power to change his story. That's exactly what he did. He chose to become a champion in his life and not the victim!

He had to choose to evolve his life mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Teaching others self-mastery, and how to evolve in every aspect of their lives is now his main focus. He is an advocate for expedited growth and active responsiveness that manifest optimal results. He has been a coach for the past 16 years, spoken to thousands of people, and is preparing to take things to a new level with the Evolved Mastery platform.

Princeton has a huge heart, an incredible story, and is on a mission to empower others to rise above their pain and grow through it. I loved hearing his perspective, his wisdom, and his heart. And make sure to listen to the end of the show for a special TGAG giveaway!

Personal health battles and emotional struggles were the fuel for Dawnmarie Deshaies to start the global wellness brand Dawnmariehealthyandfit, LLC. For decades she has lived with and suffered from a chronic autoimmune disease that impacted her life in many different ways - Multiple Sclerosis. Multiple Sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system, essentially the brain and spinal cord.

Through her journey of learning about the disease, personal self-care and finding well-being, an idea was sparked that would allow Dawnmarie to share with others the experience to health, self-care, mindfulness, restoration and positivity. By helping others heal and paying it forward, this has in turn helped to foster her own continual healing. Dawnmarie Deshaies has gathered her leading wellness allies and experts to create a multi-dimensional program that approaches every aspect of real well-being: mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, self-love and positivity.

Facing Addiction, Healing Your Shame, and Standing for Others with Omar Pinto Jul 15, 2020
    Show notes

    Here's what you will learn:⁣

    • Where addiction comes from and why it's so enticing
    • Why addicts feel like themselves when using
    • How to navigate creating healthy boundaries with your family
    • What is underneath the shame and anger of addiction
    • Why we must open up and talk about our shame in order to heal

"Alcohol is the doorway, not the solution."

I had a powerful conversation with Omar Pinto on this episode of the podcast where we dive deep into addiction. One way or another, pretty much everyone has experienced what addiction does. And it's not easy to talk about. But this is such an important part of healing and becoming the best versions of ourselves. I loved hearing Omar's perspective on this topic.

Omar Pinto has had to overcome many addictions. Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, fast food, energy drinks, porn, laziness, complacency and the list goes on and on. There came a moment in his life where he felt completely hopeless. He felt as though he was powerless to change any unhealthy habits and all he wanted to do was find a way to feel better about himself.

10 years into his sobriety, he launched one of the most successful recovery podcasts on iTunes, The SHAIR Podcast with over 2 million downloads and listeners from all over the world. Coaching was the turning point that allowed him to get out of his own way and start becoming the person he was always meant to be. For years he worked on himself: one-on-one coaching, practitioner training, coaching certifications, seminars, workshops, extensive emotional healing work, you name it.

He now specializes in helping people get out of their own way. He helps individuals identify the major pain points in their lives and break free from their past. He has over 15 years' experience in addiction recovery and has combined NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), personal development and emotional healing work to produce fast effective results.

It was powerful to hear Omar talk about navigating healthy boundaries as he healed his own addictions - both with his family, friends, and himself. This is a conversation everyone can benefit from listening to.

Embrace Your Ability to Love Everyone with Tabitha and Callie Truelove Jul 08, 2020
    Show notes

"If I change one person's life, they can help other people's lives." That is what Callie Truelove told me during our conversation and she is a living example of this. I got to talk with Callie and her mom Tabitha and I was in tears over the beautiful stories they shared with me.

Callie Truelove is a 16-year-old girl who has Williams syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that gives her the superpower of LOVE! Rooted in a deletion of a number of specific genes in chromosome #7, this condition often causes devastating physical and cognitive complications, but it also has some near-miraculous side effects. Callie always finds a way to only see the good in the world and in things and people around her! This unburdened outlook on life comes from the heart of this angelic girl who touches lives of everyone that she encounters by either warming their day or making them smile to changing their lives forever.
