Today’s episode is a feed drop for a show we genuinely love: Dumbgeons & Dragons. You’ll hear the first episode of Campaign 2, preceded by conversation Evan and Fitz had with Russ More and Kyle Claset about making Dumbgeons & Dragons, actual play chemistry, and what it takes to build a funny, heartfelt show around the table. (It was supposed to be 15 minutes but ended up being... long. Sorry, not sorry cuz it's a fun chat.)
Dumbgeons & Dragons is an edited, sound-designed actual play that leans hard into table chemistry, sharp improvisation, and big laughs, while still finding room for real character moments. Campaign 2 launches a brand-new homebrew world with level-zero characters, making this a perfect jumping-on point. If you enjoy actual play that feels warm, chaotic, and effortlessly funny, give it a listen and be sure to follow Dumbgeons & Dragons wherever you get your podcasts.
