Do Something May 27, 2022

Show notes

This is the refrain on the lips of every Democrat demagogue this week, but what exactly do they want us to do—and will it save lives? As families and neighbors mourn the loss of 21 precious lives in Uvalde, Texas, heartless hucksters inside the beltway and in front of TV cameras rush to advance their agenda on the back of this community’s trauma. Straight from his briefings with local police, Texas DPS, the FBI, prosecutors, and school administrators, Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to detail what we know at this point, and how parents and others in the community are being forced to deal with their grief while fending off vultures in the media. Plus, we know the “solutions" Chuck Schumer is calling for aren’t solutions at all, but what CAN we do that would actually save lives?

The Supreme Court rules in favor of our very own Senator Ted Cruz, striking down a portion of McCain-Feingold that unconstitutionally restricts the speech of candidates for political office. The man of the hour himself joins Michael Knowles to examine what this victory for free speech means for the future of campaigning and, more urgently, what it means for the 2022 elections. The Senator also sheds light on the Senate's 86 to 11 vote to approve $40 billion in funding for Ukraine. What's in the bill, now headed for Joe Biden's desk, and why did Senator Cruz vote for it? Big Sister Is Watching May 06, 2022

Show notes

Mere days after Elon and Twitter announced their engagement, Biden moves to create America’s very own Ministry of Truth. Led by radical Nina Jankowicz and draped in the costume of fighting “foreign disinformation,” the “Disinformation Governance Board” will surely be a blank check for free speech crackdowns here at home. The questions are swirling. How will this board operate? What enforcement powers will be granted to the Musical Minister? Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to reveal what exactly is so dangerous about this new federal power—created out of thin air and slipped past the American people under the darkness of the Supreme Court leak—and what can be done to stop it.

The egregious leak from the Supreme Court this week is not only unprecedented, it will alter the Court for a lifetime—possibly permanently. As Democrats spray gasoline on their frenzied campaign to burn down all three branches of government in one term, an investigation into SCOTUS’s security breach is underway, and Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to break it all down. What is the scope of the leak, how do security measures work at the Court, and how can we identify the source and hold him accountable? Plus, answers to the two questions on everyone's mind—where does Dobbs stand now, and will Joe, Chuck, and Nancy be able to legislate Roe in retaliation?
