On this episode we finalize out coverage of the greatest human sorcerer (outside of the primarchs, emperor, and malcador) Ahriman. On today's episode Ahriman arrives in the warp and is extra pissed off. From there embarks on the (at this point) most powerful spell ever performed, goes on the run, changes his mind and gives chase to his pursuers, only to finally uplift himself as the most powerful member of the Thousand Sons, after Magnus. From there he has some fun manipulating time, getting revenge on the space wolves, banging his head repeatedly on the door of the black library, until he decides to set his sights on a new objective....

Episode 28 - The Legend of Ahriman Pt1 Apr 01, 2024

On this episode we cover the origins of the infamous sub-leader of the Thousand Sons. Ahriman is one of the oldest (non-perpetual) characters in 40k game. From his birth on Terra to his arrival in the immaterium we cover many of the key events (betrayals) that set Ahriman on his path. With an especial focus on his obsession with curing his legion and brothers from a terrible mutation.

Episode 25 - The Inquisition, good or bad?......... Yes? Maybe? Mar 11, 2024

On this episode we cover every imperial citizen's greatest fear: the inquisition. How each branch is structured and how they interact with each other (*spoiler alert not all that well*). We then dive into the lives of an inquisitor, their retinues, how they move through imperial space. We then talk about how an inquisitor achieves their job and the endless dangers from all sides. Lastly we spend time discussing whether the inquisition are the "good guys" or the "bad guys" in the imperium.

We talk about the galaxy of necessity that born the Ordo Xenos and some of its key elements, including a brief origin (and a badass one at a that) of the Death Watch.
