Get ready for the episode you didn’t know you were waiting for! BRENT MORIN, fellow podcaster, actor, stand up comedian and one of Rick’s best friends joins TYSO (again) for a real life, albeit socially distanced, podcast episode!

We like to call these the ‘Balcony Series’ as Rick's managed to find a novel way to circumvent his pandemic OCD fears and allow guests to come on over (sort of).

It may not have been the most elegant of entrances, but Brent managed (in the youtube version, watch Brent climb up to the second story balcony), with a little goblin assistance, to get back into the Shoe’s Off studio (Rick’s living room) or near enough!

They get into their history of filming bits and sketches when they first started out in LA, deep rooted hair concerns, auditioning, and hilarious typecasting. If you loved Brent’s Christmas episode but felt like you needed twice as much sweating, self deprecation, and life risking commitments to bits- this is the episode for you.

Julia Gargano never sang professionally, auditioned for this season's American Idol. Made it through Hollywood Week, Hawaii's live shows, and into the top 20. That's were it gets interesting -- all finalists are performing from home -- recording on 3 iPhones, live to tens-of-millions of people.

Rick and Julia get into the American Idol process, from auditioning to producers, forgetting the name of her own song, gaining confidence, setting up a live studio in her bedroom, and yes... more cartoon penises. Sorry new American Idol fans -- but TYSO has a voice, and it's a proud voice.

Thomas returns not only for jokes and reminiscing, but also to give a psychic reading to Rick’s girlfriend, Betty, all the way in London! He predicts the future, sorts our her pillow situation, and manages to get Rick reprimanded by an old lady ghost.

After the reading, Rick challenges Thomas’ views and maths.The two wrestle with the idea of spirituality and why Rick's dreaming of donuts... or wedding rings…or maybe bagels… probably donuts... Betty hopes its wedding rings…its most definitely donuts.

It's the episode you’ve all been waiting for! Our guest is a podcast veteran and a TYSO favorite, making his third appearance... COMEDIAN ERIK "RIFFIN WITH GRIFFIN" GRIFFIN!!!

The duo circumvented most the issues of distance-podcasting (maybe not the talking over each-other lags but who cares! We have a little goblin waiter!). Amongst all the bits, they also discuss Rick's struggles to navigate his OCD during Corona and Erik’s mom’s dementia, which gets quite personal and honest.

Welcome back Bop Goblins, Goblin Gang and Quarantine Boppers… or however you identity as a TYSOer.

Rick continues to bring you you Monday episodes, despite this crazy pandemic, this time its a 4/20 (April 20th, 2020) themed family bonanza. Take Your Shoes Off is 1 Year Old!! And for our anniversary episode, please welcome back DAD AND UNCLE TEDDY!!!!

The boys Zoom-in for a glitchy filled hour of rambles and irrelevant baseball conversations, all whilst, you guessed it GETTING HIGH!

Rick, Dad & Teddy each pick their devices (garlic cookies?!) and proceed to kick off an hour of about Rocky, staying in, and why farts could be a missing component of the COVID spread.

Rick may be isolated but the snaps continue with this visual filled episode of animation and photoshopped bits. The boys are barely able to stay on topic, which seems to be a theme with these stoned episodes (hey, Adam Ray!) Although, Teddy manages to lament “Domestic bliss” and Rick gives another inspirational speech .

Oh and friend of TYSO, Lamorne Morris, pops up (as does Rick's penis), so it's worth watching as opposed to listening just because of those nice cameos.

We’re so grateful at TYSO for all the support. We know you’re probably all sick of these zoom episodes that every podcast seems to be doing, but please stay tuned! Not a repeat, not a sequel, think of this more as a 2.0 on the previous Robert Buckley episode. Rick and Rob continued to chat for long enough after the initial episode to create a whole PART 2!

This adjunct to the previous is a bit of a table-turner as Robert delves into the business of podcasts and hears Rick’s thoughts on the difficulties of running, editing and simply creating content . This episode is a little different guys. It’s a lot of deconstructing and analyzing the industry and themselves. The boys discuss insecurities, perception and how to navigate the entertainment industry… and, frankly, it becomes a bit of a Bromance. A three-show podcaster (The Fighter and the Kid, King and the Sting with Theo Von, and Below the Belt), stand up comedian, and former fighter… most importantly he obliged with Rick's somewhat amped up hygiene rules. Forget “OVER THE TRAY!” We’ve move onto “Secure your hazmat visor!" The two discuss Brendan's comedy journey the last few years, his friendship with mentor Bryan Callen, and penis size… naturally.

Rick and Joe met filming "A Futile and Stupid Gesture," a film available on netflix! So add that on your apocalypse watch list :) The former co-stars get straight to the funny stuff and discus joe’s plentiful roles in films like Wet Hot American Summer, Superbad, I Love You, Man, and most notably playing Charles Boyle on the TV show Brooklyn Nine-Nine (FOX).

Also special little animation in the intro was done by a very talented English chap - Tom Bates … and for the record Betty wasn’t upset about Momma Glassman poopin on her rug.
