In this episode, Gerritt outlines the importance of self-talk. The biggest problem you will ever have is you, and hence, the biggest solution you will have is you. It does not start with your business, your family, or your friends, but always from the self. Gerritt also says that the way you self-talk will either build your mental strength or take away from it. Gerritt also notes that the harshest critic you can have is yourself. Understand that your mind could be your best friend or your worst enemy.

In this episode, Gerritt tackles automation. Whether for good or bad, automation has taken over our lives so much that human intervention has taken a backseat. And due to this, businesses have to find a way to differentiate themselves, that is, to incorporate human elements in their operations. Businesses mistakenly think that a bot will all of a sudden serve as a bridge to deep connection, but that is not true. The person who is serious about business would foster human relationships and would not let algorithms do the work.
