Season 43 Week 3 Recap Oct 06, 2022

Show notes

Well, it wasn't the ninety minute gem we got last week, but it was jam packed with action that kept us on the edge of our seats. Thanks to those first two episodes, we know who everyone is and can keep up with all the jumps between tribes and locations. What do you think about inter tribe raids? Do they ever end well?

How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think is playing the best, and who is still in jeopardy of being voted out before the merge? Who impressed you the most?

Here is where it stands after week 3. Baka: Elie, Gabler, Jeanine, Owen, and Sami Vesi: Cody, Dwight, Jesse, and Noelle Coco: Lindsay, Cassidy, Geo, James, Karla and Ryan

We've got several ways you can reach us. You can call and leave a voicemail at 206-350-1547 or toll-free at 844-643-8737. You can record an audio comment and attach it or just type up a quick text message and send it to us via email at joannandstacyshow@gmail.com Feedback is due noon Saturday Pacific time.

Season 43 JABBIC Part 1 Sep 12, 2022

Show notes

Welcome to Part 1 of our JABBIC, Judge A Book By Its Cover, preseason show for season 43. Similar to last season, we have all new players, so we have very little information to go on when theorizing how we think they will perform. We have shared our early thoughts on each of the castaways including how well we think they will do in the overall game to kick off another season of watching Survivor together.

Now it is your turn. We want to hear what you think about the 18 castaways and how you think they'll approach the high risk advantages, Shot in the Dark, and bonding hikes up the hill at Shipwreck wheel island for the next 3 months. Let us know how well you think they will or won't do this season. We want to hear about who you had the strongest reaction to. Who's going to be voted out first? Who's your pick for final four and the sole Survivor?

Send in your predictions, keep it to 3 minutes. Get your responses to us by noon PST on Saturday, September 17th. Try not to think too long about it, just go with your first impression. Check out Paul's Visual Roster to help you collect your thoughts.

JSFL, our Survivor Fantasy League, registration will open soon! We'll be on break over the summer and look forward to joining you again for Season 43 in September.
