Ep 65 | The Revival of 'Promise Keepers' | Ken Harrison Feb 13, 2021

Show notes

The largest event to occur on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., was a Promise Keepers event in 1997 where 1.4 million men gathered to worship God, repent, and pray for the country. This was the peak of the Promise Keepers movement. After an incredible run of events through the 1990s that included selling out 27 NFL stadiums in one year, Promise Keepers found itself heavily in debt and without direction. Today, Ken Harrison, a former police officer and retired businessman, has answered God's unexpected calling to bring Promise Keepers back. As the new CEO of Promise Keepers, Ken has been called to ministry, not to fame. He has been called to bring a revival to the country, the world, and to Promise Keepers. And ultimately, Ken knows our hope rests in showing all men the perfect example: Christ.

Ep 61 | We Played Right Into Their Hands | Graham Allen Jan 16, 2021

Show notes

Veteran, author, and host Graham Allen knows the storming of the Capitol building played right into the hands of Democrats. The incident will be used to label all conservatives as unhinged, violent, and dangerous. It will be used to silence Trump and anyone who supported him. We already see Big Tech selectively severing accounts and platforms at will. Graham Allen knows that if you want to win an election, you need social media. Therefore, Big Tech owns the government. We must fight to preserve our nation, but we have to be smart. Some people are calling for an armed uprising, but Graham Allen says those calling for war have never actually been in a war. And speaking of wars, conservatives are losing the culture war, and if we don't get our act together, the next generation of voters will be indoctrinated to a point of no return. Learn how Graham Allen is fighting to outsmart the Left in this episode of Rick & Bubba University!

Ep 56 | Colors of Character | Steve Skipper & Don Keith Nov 14, 2020

Show notes

As a young man growing up during the civil rights movement, Steve Skipper had abandoned his dream of becoming an artist and was headed down a path of destruction. After robbing a home, Steve was celebrating and doing drugs with his fellow Crips gang members, when a man approached Steve and his gang with a message: God has a plan for your life, He has given you a gift, and you can use this gift to glorify God. Steve was shaken and soon found himself sitting in the back pew of a church when the pastor began to speak directly to Steve with that same message of hope. Steve then untied the gang colors from around his wrists, dropped them to the floor, and surrendered his life to Christ. Steve Skipper went on to pursue his artistic career and become one of the most prolific sports and civil rights painters in the country. Author Don Keith tells this story in his book and the newly released documentary "Colors of Character: An Artist's Journey To Redemption." Don't miss this inspiring and uplifting episode of Rick & Bubba University.
