    To round off 2021 in style the whole Straight Outta Cobham gang is along for some festive cheer as the Blues booked their place in the Carabao Cup semi-finals - and set up a showdown with Antonio Conte's Tottenham - thanks to a 2-0 victory at Brentford.

    As it's our last pod of the year, the chaps look ahead to the upcoming fixtures with Aston Villa, Brighton and Liverpool - before picking their moment of what's been a very eventful and successful calendar year.

    Plus the tables are turned on Quizmaster Matt - and he and Producer Lucy go head-to-head as Dom, Liam, Simon and Sam seek revenge with a special end of year grilling.

    Liam Twomey and Matt Davies-Adams mull over the frustrating 1-1 draw with Everton - with the help of a Simon Johnson match report - and question why Thomas Tuchel's side simply can't convert their chances and see out games.


    It was also an evening to forget for the women's side - knocked out of the Champions League in emphatic style after a 4-0 defeat by Wolfsburg. Flo Lloyd-Hughes gives her verdict on the loss - and the struggles Emma Hayes' side have faced in the last couple of weeks.


    With upcoming fixtures up in their air due to ongoing Covid-19 issues throughout football - the Athletic's Wolves reporter Tim Spiers looks ahead to Sunday's match which will *hopefully* go ahead.

    Flo Lloyd-Hughes pops in to discuss events at Wembley and what this result could mean for the rest of the season - plus a big Champions League tie against Juventus to manoeuvre in midweek.
