Rey's Thoughts As She Shoots Force Lightning [CANON] Feb 04, 2024

Show notes

In Star Wars Episode 9 The Rise of Skywalker, we see Rey use the same move as her Grandfather, Palpatine. Force lightning is in her nature, and she drew upon the powers within her to show it.

The Rise of Skywalker novelization by Rae Carson goes over her thoughts as she was about to use the force ability, and what emotions she drew from within herself. It makes me wonder if Kylo could have used this power, too? Why, why not?

What I Really Thought of Galaxy's Edge...REVIEW Feb 04, 2024

Show notes

Here's my review on Star Wars Galaxy's Edge!

Definitely fun and immersive, but it could have been so much more.

We need more Prequels and Originals in there, not just the Sequel Trilogy with Kylo and Rey. There's so much more to Star Wars than just that. Vader, Anakin, Padme, Leia, Luke, Boba, Jabba, Han, Chewie, C-3PO, etc etc.

We should have gotten different worlds akin to the other films, like Mustafar, Tatooine, Coruscant, Naboo, Endor, The Deathstar, Hoth, and more.

Unboxing Ben Solo's NEW Lightsaber at Galaxy's Edge REVIEW Feb 03, 2024

Show notes

I got sucked in!

Was lucky enough to grab some limited edition (or so they say) lightsabers from Star Wars Galaxy's Edge upon my visit this last weekend. Here's my review of the very unique Ben Solo Jedi lightsaber. I believe this was the one we saw in The Last Jedi where Ben fought Luke Skywalker just before the Temple fell.

I wish we saw more of his back story in Rise of Skywalker, but I think we'll see it in maybe a spin off show or extended materials.

Hope you enjoyed the review!

Rian Johnson REVEALS Why Knights of Ren Weren't in Episode 8 Feb 02, 2024

Show notes

It seems in Episode 8 we got some Snoke, a lot of Kylo and Rey, but no Knights of Ren, why is this?

Why weren't the Knights of Ren in Star Wars 8 The Last Jedi?

Rian Johnson has the answer for us.

UNBOXING: NEW OBI-WAN MYTHOS RARE FIGURE - Official Feb 02, 2024

Show notes

In today's new unboxing episode, let's open up the long awaited Mythos Obi-Wan 1/6th scale figure by SideShow Collectibles. This is one of my favourite pieces, not just because it's Obi-Wan after Revenge of the Sith, but because he's carrying Qui-Gon Jinn's lightsaber, his lightsaber, and Anakin Skywalker's lightsaber.

In the newest Darth Vader comic I just covered, there was a big fight between Vader and a former Jedi Eeth Koth. After the duel, Vader and the Inquisitors took the man's newborn baby who was force sensitive.

Vader brought the child to these creepy looking women. The writer of the comic reveals something that could lead to new theories about just who they are...What do you think?

Movie Mistake in Star Wars The Last Jedi Explained Jan 31, 2024

Show notes

Star Wars the Last Jedi has revealed the reviews of many fans, dividing opinions entirely, however, one thing that has been brought to many's attention, including my own online through a tweet, is what is discussed in this episode regarding the Snoke throne room fight.

Do you think Snoke made it all up? Or was this a really bad movie mistake where Rey fights the Praetorian guard with Kylo Ren?
