Palpatine's Point of View of SNOKE (Canon) Jun 22, 2023

Show notes

Palpatine explains his plan with Snoke, as well as how he made him.

I think Snoke would have been cool as a superior to Palpatine, not as a puppet. It would have created a hierarchy effect, in my opinion, which would have made Snoke more menacing and strong to have outlived the Emperor himself.

Snoke's abilities in the force were proficient, however his ability to allow Palpatine to essence transfer with him apparently was weak.

What do you think of Snoke in the Last Jedi and his explanation from The Rise of Skywalker and this book?

In the Secrets of the Sith book which is canon (and from Star Wars episode 9 The Rise of Skywalker), Palpatine's point of view covers many topics, characters, and worlds.

Today, we're going to talk about the chosen one and how Palpatine felt about Anakin Skywalker who then later became Darth Vader. He goes into great detail about his thoughts from first meeting Anakin to becoming Vader and then again, rising as Anakin (or in his view, falling as Anakin in the end).

Palpatine's Point of View of The World Between Worlds CANON Jun 22, 2023

Show notes

The world between worlds in Star Wars Rebels (canon) made us realize that there exists a time and space in Star Wars where all events in the galaxy at any time can be seen or heard. Ezra grabbed Ahsoka as she fought Vader and saved her through the portal.

Palpatine was able to open the portal, somewhat, and reach into it with the force after using some Sith sorcercy.

Here are Sidious' thoughts on the world between worlds in canon, from Episode 9 Rise of Skywalker.

Jon Favreau RESPONDS to WHY Grogu Left Luke SO FAST - The Mandalorian Season 3 Jun 21, 2023

Show notes

Jon Favreau responds to his reasoning behind having Grogu return to Mandalorian so quick after Luke saved him and took him in The Mandalorian Season 2 finale.

I think Grogu should have stayed with Luke to train to become a Jedi for a little longer before being reunited with The Mandalorian again so fast, and in the book of Boba Fett of all places.

What do you think?

Either way, Jon is a visionary and I have liked most of his creative decisions so far in regards to Star Wars. I think he knows what he's doing and I can't wait to see more of his work with Dave Filoni.
