The Mandalorian Episode 4 Full Breakdown and Things Missed Jul 08, 2023

Show notes

Star Wars The Mandalorian Episode 4 is out! Here's my extensive review and breakdown of it, along with my thoughts and theory on the next episode(s). What did you think of this one? A bit slow, and a bit of a Clone Wars style episode. You know, where the heroes team up on a recluse planet with a primitive civilization as they save them from a bigger local threat. It was cool, but I feel like it didn't progress the main story much, just worked on the character arcs of Cara Dune (who was really cool). We also got to see a Loth Cat almost eat Baby Yoda, The Child.

In the Mandalorian, we've come to learn one major rule for the Mando: Never remove your helmet!

But why?

Interview with Pedro Pascal answers why he thinks the helmet always stays on.

Star Wars The Mandalorian Episode 3 is out and there's a lot more in this episode than just baby Yoda! The Mando Mercs are back baby!

What did you think of this episode? I hope the next one will dive more into who exactly this Baby Yoda really is, or where he comes from. Is he part of the Empire's secret plan for Palpatine to create a clone? Will the Mandalorian connect to Episode 9?

How Palpatine Cloned Baby Yoda Jul 08, 2023

Show notes

In the Mandalorian Episodes 1 and 2 we got the most unforeseen thing in Star Wars to this day...BABY YODA. Now that Star Wars themselves have revealed images of Baby Yoda, I can finally start to make episodes without spoiling it for anyone. So, since it came out, I've had tons of theories as to just what, where, how, and who this Yoda species is. I originally thought since it's an Empire bounty job, and Yoda's species is the bounty, that it's just too close to home for this to be unrelated to Yoda himself in some way or another.

Do you think he's a clone? Or an entirely other Yoda species altogether?

What do you think of the points raised in this episode?

Mandalorian Episode 2 Breakdown and Things Missed Jul 08, 2023

Show notes

Episode 2 was awesome! Short and sweet, it felt like it should have belonged to episode 1, however, it was still cool of course. Lots of small things were revealed for character development of the Mando and the Child which maybe would have been better to be seen in one standalone episode like we got. Let's break the episode down!

The Mandalorian Episode 1: FULL Breakdown and Major Reveals Explained Jul 08, 2023

Show notes

The Mandalorian Episode 1 on Disney+ just launched and man was it GOOD! There's tons to cover, but before I get to the finer detailed videos, here's my full breakdown along with my reaction and review of the first episode. Taking place several years after Return of the Jedi with Vader, Luke, and Palpatine, the Galaxy is in disarray.

Sides of the universe wage on different belief systems and everything is pretty much just in turmoil. The show follows a lone gun slinger as he tracks down something extremely pivotal and never before seen in the Star Wars movies, comics, or shows.
