Anakin's Ghost Visits Luke and Yoda on Dagobah - Star Wars Explained Original Scripts Jul 29, 2023

Show notes

What if Anakin had shown up to Luke Skywalker on Dagobah with Yoda? How is this possible, you ask? Well, in the original screenplay for The Empire Strikes Back, George Lucas was going to have Anakin Skywalker be a different character than Darth Vader. I AM YOUR FATHER!" which still shocks Star Wars fans who watch Empire for the first time.

I believe if Qui-Gon Jinn had trained Anakin, then things wouldn't have ended up in the dark side. Vader wouldn't exist, and Anakin would restore peace to the galaxy.
