What Anakin Told Sidious Right Before Obi-Wan Fought Him (NOT IN MOVIE) Sep 25, 2023

Show notes

In Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, there was a moment after Anakin defeated the Separatists during Order 66 on Mustafar, where he speaks to Sidious. In the movie we NEVER saw this scene but in the novel Palpatine warns him of imminent danger! He knows Obi-Wan is coming (or someone) and warns Anakin. I think this warning did more trouble than good. I think once Anakin saw it was Obi-Wan behind Padme, he was even more furious that Palpatine would even insinuate he is a danger to him. It hits his nerves even more that everyone constantly doubts him, in my opinion.

What do you think about this scene in the novel?

Something I found cool was that Jedi Master Saesee Tin encouraged him to keep upgrading and modifying the ships, while other Masters (probably even Mace Windu) saw this as a sign of attachment to his ships.

Was Qui Gon Jinn More Powerful Than Mace Windu? - Star Wars Explained Sep 24, 2023

Show notes

Would Qui Gon Jinn win in a fight, or a better question, was he more powerful, than Mace Windu?

Two of the most underrated characters in the movies, who unfortunately didn’t get as much screen time as we’d have liked, would ultimately make for a great conversation in regards to who was the stronger Jedi and duelist.

I’ll first start by explaining the character back stories of both, diving into their unique force powers, and then coming to a final and realistic conclusion to this answer.
