Star Wars Theory's Psychologist DESTROYS New Star Wars Director - GOING VIRAL Jan 11, 2024

Show notes

as a final question on my @theorytalks483 episode with @sadiapsychology I asked her what her thoughts were on the latest drama in Star Wars where a new director for the Rey movie, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, claims it's time for a woman to shape Star Wars, as well as the response from those who can't allow others to have an opinion different than theirs.

Here's what Sadia has to say, as well as what I have to say.

Rakata Infinite Empire: FULL History Explained Jan 11, 2024

Show notes

The Rakatans are extemely interesting sentients with millenia of history in Star Wars. Predating the Jedi themselves, the Rakatan infinite empire is a story that I think all Star Wars fans (casuals included) will really enjoy. We got a name drop of them in Andor, and if Disney has the guts, they'll make more shows/movies based on the Rakata. They have SO much lore and history in Star Wars that the kinds of stories are endless. Heck, even cover them as the villains for the Je'daii on Tython.

Maul Busts Out of Prison and Fights Grievous CANON - Son of Dathomir PART 1 Jan 10, 2024

Show notes

So here's one of my favourite Clone Wars arcs that wasn't ever made into the show, however, it does have an epic series of comic runs.

After The Clone Wars season 5, Darth Maul is captured by Darth Sidious, the rightful heir to the Darksaber after defeating Maul. Maul is interrogated by Count Dooku and later fights General Grievous per Dooku and Sidious' design.

I have covered every issue before several years ago, however, I went back and redid the entire thing for issue 1 and I think i'll redo the whole issue, with better voice acting, better sound fx, better editing. I hope you enjoy this one and stay tuned for the full compilation of Son of Dathomir.

Inquisitors in Kenobi and Their Own Spin Off Show Rumor - Nerd Theory Jan 10, 2024

Show notes

Welcome back to Nerd Theory. Today Josh and I will be talking about some rumors regarding inquisitors in the Kenobi show and them getting a spin off show of their own. Beyond the rumor of it and it's unknown validity, I'd love to give my theories on their purpose for being in Kenobi as well as what the spin off could look like, should there actually be one.

None of this is confirmed.
