It's a fresh beginning for the end of a beloved series, maman! A cosmic fissure leaves the crew of the Cerritos in a position of crappy self-reflection as they're forced to face the paths they could have taken in 5x01, "Dos Cerritos" -- Then, in 5x02, "Shades of Green", our crew is still reeling from what they know of their counterparts while Tendi reels from the consequences of making the blue orions canon! It's a fine how-do-ya-don't, maman!

We’re going where NOMAD’S gone before, maman! Cause we're gonna rub nubs with Nomad, a carbon unit-nullifying nuts-and-bolts type. Be careful, maman -- the utopia-seeking, string riding robots might erase your memory for the length of an episode. And then you'll have to listen all over again!

On this episode of Star Trek Universe, we engage with a HORN OF BUTCHERY, maman -- a regular CORNUCOPIA of CARNAGE… OTHERWISE known as THE DOOMSDAY MACHINE! Come lay with me until I go to sleep, maman. They say there's no devil, but there is! Right out of hell, maman, I saw it!

Spock's flag is at full-mast, and the only cure is some good old fashioned killin', maman! It ain't logical, but his log said kill. That was real dumb, maman. Real dumb.

Maybe it's like self check-out, maman. If we're the ones promoting and begging for what we want, they can spend less on marketing. But I'm so tired of begging, maman. We have a whole laundry list of Trek stuff we want, maman. It's a big list. But let's talk about what they're giving us instead, as revealed at SDCC:
Maman, you were right. The time is passed. There is no room for gods, maman. Forgive me, maman. Take me...

Here it is, maman. Don't let the beginning fool ya. We loved us some Prodigy season 2. There were some bumps, but this is some of the best Trek of the last seven years! If you haven't seen it, don't be spoiled! If you have, we get into it, maman!

Dr. McCoy slaps Catwoman, and as a result, only he is allowed to touch her kitty, maman! Somebody mixed Klingons with my Capellans, and now there's civil unrest, babies in caves, and guys who took arrows to the knee! But at least we're keeping things light with funny hats, maman.
