Each week, world traveler Leon Logothetis will sit down to have an unscripted and spontaneous conversation with a mystery guest. He will have no idea who he’s about to talk to until he sits down and sees the face in front of him, and even then, he might not know who it is!

Leon will be speaking to all kinds of people, including authors, actors, athletes, and historians, all with no preparation, to show you we all have the ability to connect from the heart.

Leon is a television host, best-selling author, world traveler, and international speaker. His hit show, The Kindness Diaries, is now streaming on discovery+

This weeks episode of the show was one of the most mesmerising conversations I've had in some time. Elainea Emmott and her son Wesley joined me for a discussion about the magic of food. Elainea is a photographer, a chef and featured on the show Crazy Delicious. I've never met two people more passionate about food than them in my life. For them food is not just something to eat, but a tool to connect with others. The images and emotions they paint with their words will leave you fascinated and hungry! I was so moved by the conversation, I literally end up inviting myself to their home that week to eat with them. This truly is a spontaneous moment in a conversation and shows why I do this show. To connect. You can follow Elainea on Instagram - @emmottelainea
