    Soundwalks

Soundwalks is a kids’ meditation podcast that turns the sounds of the Australian bush, beach, and rainforest into guided relaxations for children.

Each episode is a soundwalk, an immersive audio journey that helps kids work through big feelings, release stress, build confidence, find joy, or ease into a calm morning routine. Designed for children exploring mindfulness, Soundwalks uses real Australian nature sounds to support emotional regulation and help kids feel grounded, present, and connected to themselves.
