    Show notes

Scout Sobel, author, podcaster, founder and CEO of Scout’s Agency drops by the pod to talk about entrepreneurship and how it directly correlates to our emotions. Scout experienced her first depressive episode at the age of 14 and was formally diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 20. Through entrepreneurship, she learned to unconditionally love her life through the pain, challenges, and celebrations. Together Sydney and Scout talk mental health, managing the ups and downs of entrepreneurship and life, and how to feel safe in our emotions. We also get into being authentic online and how we can use self care to support our mental health and achieve success in any endeavors we feel called to.
