The conversation also explores the concept of being transformational coaches, focusing on the holistic development of players. Additionally, the importance of process and performance goals, affirmations, and positive self-talk is discussed. The conversation concludes with a discussion on setting goals and reflecting on performance and a reminder of the power of love and connection in coaching.
