As an entrepreneur or nonprofit leader, there are certain times of the year we need to be on, in the flow, whatever you might call it. We hope that this interview will inspire you to think about what you need to be at your best.

Today, we are sitting down with Mr. Horst Schulze, a founding partner of the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and the Capella Hotel Group. We dive deep into the meaning of excellence and how that translates into our daily work. We also discuss organizational values and how to pass those down to the team as a whole. One question we are asking here at Plywood: How can we as a nonprofit create moments of excellence through our coworking space, our programming, our events, and more?
