Through a year plus of lockdowns and pandemic times how we approached our accountability and motivation changed was going through constant evolutions. We all found out we were constantly adapting to keep the energy up and had to rely alot on our connections to people to keep our selves moving forward.
Applying the same thought and discovering that learning new things, challenging our minds and bodies outside of our familiar boxes lead to exciting new growth and more happiness than just being concerned over achieving our workout goals. Learning anything new be it Jen going back to Spanish or the boys surfing and snowboarding keeps up fresh, keeps us young and keeps life exciting.
Breaking down our barriers and fears that hold us back from learning new things is one of our biggest takeaways of motivation and self growth, What are some of the ways you all have broken down those barriers or techniques you have adapted to take on new challenges in your life? we want to know so drop us a note, send a dm, post a comment!
Towards the end we dive into insecurities, that no matter who you are or how great you think someone elses bubble is we all HAVE SOMETHING. This is a topic we will discuss further in later episodes, and it's something we feel so important to discuss openly. All walks of life have their struggles, its only when we keep them hidden we really allow the pain to build.
Thanks again for listening and adding to the small things in common we all have together.
