Sleep to Strange (Archives Only)

WARNING! This podcast uses progressive boredom via silly stories to help adults fall asleep. Pointless meanders, lulling soothing tones and strange asides are used in combination with bedtime tales to distract your racing brain and let you drift off to dreamland.

If you are expecting something sane or sensible this might not be for you. It might just blow your mind.

Trouble Falling Asleep? Insomnia?

Looking for something soothing to quiet your racing mind?

If you have trouble falling asleep or need background noise this might be what you are looking for.

Plucked from Sleep With Me Podcast these stories are stripped of their introductions giving you 100% pure strange bedtime stories.

Bedtime is here. It is time to “Sleep to Strange”

Welcome, I’m Dearest Scooter, your new Borefriend.
On the “Sleep With me Podcast” an odd man tells strange tales that help dull and lull people to sleep. (that’s me)

I’ve always wondered “What if I took off the intros and just posted the stories by themselves?”

Wouldn’t that be strange?

Is You Is or Is You Ain't My Morley? | 'Rending 'Ruseday Redditation May 24, 2016

Show notes

If I truly lacked integrity I could have called this coloring or buying Easter Eggs with Morley Safer. If you have ever dreamed of muckraking and breaking the case with the team like Morley and Borely this may or may not be a story you will sleep to. When my attempts to expose agribusiness go nowhere we head out to buy eggs and solve some brotherly problems. Plus we make a dog named Greyson's easter dreams come true...somewhat. Never fear about this making sense as it will just be remixed in your sleeping subconscious.

Sleep With Me is a bedtime story designed to take your mind off of the racing thoughts that keep you awake at night.

As you listen you will find yourself distracted from your worries and drifting off into dreamland..due to the fact the story gets a little bit more boring with each passing minute

This podcast is a little weird, a bit silly and a tad offensive so beware. It is very similar to ASMR or guided meditation bedtime story that slowly carries you off to slumber.

"Sleep With Me" is a groundbreaking podcast created to help you fall asleep. So get in bed, press play and drift off into dreamland.

If you struggle with insomnia or just getting a good night's rest, you've found the podcast for you.

Accidental John Hughes Tribute Dinner with Pasta and Tacos | Realtime Recipes May 17, 2016

Show notes

What could be more boring than a cooking lesson? A trip to the grocery store. Add two handfuls of sexual tension with a dash of eighties romcom and you have a dinner party. But that's at the end and you'll be dreaming...of Jon Cryer and Molly Ringwald and Andrew McCarthy....or pork and cream and beef.

Dig that dove, lovey. Like coo, coo, coo you off to sleep. Cuz man when Antonio sees how futile it is not to bring his own cup, you'll be sawing logs. If not you can stick around for a mega dull botched guest appearance by a man with the same name as a hairstyle. Sleep well, you deserve it.

Germ has giant problems only a goat could solve. Soon you will sleep and dream of the most wonderful stone quarry. You've heard of the cave of wonders, this is like that but strange. No need to get your bearings, just drift off sound asleep. Don't quake, for you'll be awake, for the Brangelina part, is at the start. Thanks Andre, we miss you.

A Spokesperson for the Villain from "Hansel and Gretel" | Trending Tuesday Apr 26, 2016

Show notes

This was a tough one to title. I head out to the transverse plain with some villain type apologist who tells me a story from the perspective of the lady in the candy house. The story is nuts and it takes forever to get started as usual. But don't wait for it just kick the brain bundle burden off your bed and get to sleep.
