Slam The Gavel welcomes back Nicole Amill to the podcast. Nicole was last on Season 6, Episode 325. Nicole came back to give an update and brought recordings on her case involving a Magistrate and GAL in the state of Ohio. It was noted that the courts are allegedly turning Guardian Ad Litem fees into Child Support payments.

Her nine year-old son sees a Trauma Based Counselor and for good reason. The Courts. Nicole hasn't seen her son in 20 months. Her son is even being coerced into a meeting that he doesn't want to attend, while Nicole was being bullied.

Title IV-D Reform In Washington D.C.; With Mark Ludwig Nov 13, 2025

Slam The Gavel welcomes back Mark Ludwig from St. Louis, Missouri to the podcast. Mark was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 50 where we talked about Americans For Equal Shared Parenting on April 20th, 2022.

Title IV-D Reform was discussed while on the Washington D.C. trip this past week. We also discussed the Bradley Amendment (where in U.S. law the amendment is intended to improve the effectiveness of child support enforcement), and where so much can go wrong with that amendment. Another parts of reform Mark would like to see would be Federal direction on credit reporting, and Child Support calculated on net income, not gross income. Mark is doing so much to help parents in these areas and has a 501C3, National Council for Equal Shared Parenting, and also offers training classes to prepare parents for talking to Legislation.

Today Marineka was back on to give updates to her case where the Supervised Visits/counseling with her daughter aren't happening. Her child is being turned against her while the court participates in aiding and abetting the child psychological abuse upon her daughter. Court orders are not being followed, as they want Marineka out of her daughter's life. This is criminal. Slam The Gavel podcast will continue to follow this egregious case.

Slam The Gavel welcomes back Debbie Carroll to the podcast. Debbie was last on Season 5, Episodes 167, 180 and 236. Today, we discussed the Frost Appeal update and how to protect your rights that involve ORPC attorneys, CPS and the courts. As reported in the Spring of 2025, Richard Frost's children were abducted by their mother and their aunt and placed with the two women and their partners. There were multiple violations upon the children. A lot has happened since the trial of the mother's boyfriend. Debbie will be reporting on the outcome of the trial, the status of Mr. Frost, the innocent father, the defendants and the victims.

Debbie also shared her knowledge she has gained about this ordeal and to pass along critical information to parents who are currently or may someday be placed in similar circumstances against divorce and the CPS regime.
