Slam the Gavel welcomes Alisha Clark Walker, Pro Se Litigant from Upstate New York. Alisha has been going through a very troubling child custody case from upstate New York where multiple judges have violated several parts of her first amendment rights which are her right to choose a religion, her right to freely assemble and her right to speak freely.
Alisha had full custody until May of 2019. Unfortunately this custody order was switched at a custody hearing when Judge Catherine Cholakis gave full custody to the father, a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. Judge Cholakis claimed that due to Alisha's Buddhist beliefs that the mother would not take the children to the doctor's office.
Playing along with Supervised Visitations till the father recused EVERY SUPERVISOR put forth EXCEPT himself. The mother no longer enacted supervised visitation for two reasons which are the father would CHANGE HIS MIND on a WHIM and CANCEL Supervised visitations and new details came out that the father actually SEXUALLY ASSAULTED A SUPERVISOR. The victim TESTIFIED to this at trial.
WORSE YET, she is currently barred and will be for almost TWO MORE YEARS from even seeing two of her children. Alisha provided part of the temporary order signed by the infamous Judge Anthony McGinty.
"NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, THAT Alisha Clark Walker observe the following conditions of behavior:
Stay away from:home and the school of her son and daughter
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this temporary order of protection remain in force until and including February 2025."
There have been sexual innuendos about the spouses paramour that she runs a BDSM business out of the home HOWEVER in court she denies this. Alisha has exhibits that say she works in the home BDSM under the name, "Mistress Couple," or "Miss Couple." The father also took the kids to a "bondage party." Very appropriate fatherly behavior. Perhaps the judges should have been invited.
It has been well known that 68% of Domestic Abuse cases where the Mother claims physical abuse will lose custody. Alisha has not seen her children in two years as this case has gone on for four years. Alisha has mourned the loss of her children as well as close relatives that decide to believe the father.
Alisha tried suing Judge Cholakis in federal court and the case was dismissed. Like all Pro Se Litigant's cases.....NOT A PODCAST TO BE MISSED.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Kenneth Gottfried to the podcast. Ken was last on Season 2, Episode108, 122 and 148 and Season 3, Episode 98 and Season 4, Episode 5. He discussed his book, VICTIM How the American Psychological Association Kills Parents, Abuses Children & Grows Their Base and his website childabusivejudges.com.
We had discussed judges documented as child psychological abusers. No sheriffs department or police department want to fill out a report on Child Psychological Abuse. However, it revolves around money.
Anyone who is in this Parental Alienation or Family Court sphere, in their realm and how we happen to deal with so many parents and the TOLL it takes on us and how UNDERSTANDING that we all have levels of PTSD and all these things that have happened to parents. Some of the more stressors are the people that contact us are literally off the chain. It's a hard thing because we want to HELP everybody and what do we do when we talk to a person who is totally unregulated because of severe PTSD and we UNDERSTAND this because we have been through it. Sometimes it's too much for us and can take a heavy toll on us. Everybody is unhinged to a certain degree and Family Court and CPS has MADE them this way.
We discussed how some people are calm and rational that are about15%. People losing their kids, a victim of Domestic violence are about 50%. However the other percentage are people that can't be told anything, take advice or listen because they are set in stone. No matter what you say you are now on their bad side.
Great discussion about how to handle child psychological abuse when reporting to the authorities. Great podcast with so much information packed into 30 MINUTES!

Vanessa Russell Founder And Executive Director Of Love Never Fails, Discusses Human Trafficking, Prevention And Early Intervention Mar 28, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Vanessa Russell, Founder and Executive Director of Love Never Fails, a 501 (c)(3) and has been in operation since 12/ 2011. Love Never Fails is committed to the RESTORATION, EDUCATION and PROTECTION of young people who are at RISK of or currently being sexually exploited/human trafficked in California.
Since the beginning they have educated thousands on this issue, trained over 100 "Mentors for Positive Change", launched an elementary, middle and high school abuse prevention program and LOCATED well over 100 MISSING and exploited women and children while providing young people with sustainable JOBS in IT, real estate, banking, health care etc. They are a state certified CyberSecurity Pre-apprenticeship program, Cisco Networking academy, CalJOBs trainer and Department of Rehab vendors.
Their middle and high school education program was approved by the California Department of Education to satisfy health education standards and delivered to 4700+ students. Their elementary school abuse prevention program, Freedom Fighters was delivered to 250 students in San Lorenzo'. On September 28, 2014, Governor Brown signed SB1165 into law. This law recommends that all 6.2M students in California receive abuse and HUMAN TRAFFICKING PREVENTION EDUCATION.
Since then they launched a prevention collaborative with 3 Strands Global and Frederick Douglass Family initiative along with the partnership of California Dept. of Education and California Office of the Attorney General. This collaborative is called PROTECT. As of 2020 our curriculum was delivered to 500k students in five states. For more information go to protectnow.org.
Currently they have 2 houses for women and children and 1 house for girls, ages 13-17 who are escaping human trafficking. Also, they have added 1 home for men. They provide housing for 27 women, men and children.
This can be a generational problem of parents selling their children via coercive control. "Mostly these people want love. It's hard to break the trauma bond. Your love is there and then through prayer. You are offering your love and praying over that person constantly, and then you are encouraging them to go through the stages of change where they are and contemplative and when they start to feel your love and you are praying for them, they feel Gods love. They then learn what counterfeit love was compared to real love," Vanessa explains.

Dawn teaches concerned parents who have tech savvy kids, to understand that while their kids may be technology experts, they are not security experts. Therefore, Dawn supports parents and advocates for more parental oversight when it comes to their childs safety in the virtual world.
With over 20 years of information and cyber security experience, Dawn works with parents to teach them how to protect their families from hidden online dangers. We discussed how common CYBERBULLYING and ONLINE PREDATORS are in today's society and their trends. Dawn told of an interesting story of a high school girl that took all the precautions to keep herself safe and even that wasn't enough to keep her from getting noticed and followed by an online predator.
There are online tactics that predators use to groom children. This was discussed as well and how parents can protect their children from these sick tactics. Parents can talk to their children about their online safety without scaring them or making them feel like they can't trust anyone.
It's important for parents and children to know that they are not alone, and that is where Dawn comes in, to partner with families and connect them to available resources to help them navigate the complex and often overwhelming world of online safety.

Marineka Bowman Speaks Out On The Alienation Of Her Child Through The Corruption Of The Courts And How The Broken System Prepares Kids For Jail Mar 25, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marineka Bowman to the podcast for an update on her case. Marineka was last on the podcast, Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159, 160, 174 and 184 as well as Season 4, Episode 22 and 48. The last time she was on we discussed the continuing harassment by Wilmington, Delaware Court Judge Natalie Haskins and her cohorts.
Marineka gave an update on her case where she is now blocked from the daycare and can't even see pictures of her own daughter. Also, DFS sent a letter to Marineka dropping everything and notified her that she will not be on the Child Abuse Registry, there was no mention of any mental health illness in that letter. However, Attorney Laura Brooks called out mental illness, though she has not gotten her Ph.D in psychology at this point in time. Attorney Laura Brooks also wants to keep her daughter in daycare another year as she assumes she is not ready for kindergarten yet, and is trying to tack on $12,000.00 in arrearages on Marineka's child support even when she is paying close to $900.00/month. AND NONE OF THIS SHOULD BE HAPPENING TO THIS CHILD OR HER MOTHER.
Judge Natalie Haskins STILL REFUSES to look at EVIDENCE off the MY WIZARD app that shows evidence of child abuse. This case has gone on for FOUR YEARS, while a child remains neglected, educationally, emotionally and physically while being ordered to be with the other parent.
Marineka calls out to JEREMIAH 20:11 and advises to be careful whom you marry because it could cause so much grief in the future if there should be a divorce and an ex WHO WILL NOT CO-PARENT, while courts destroy your child's soul and prepares them for prison.

Katherine Thomas Exposes CPS After Taking Her Infant Grandson And Exposing Title IV- B, D and E Mar 24, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Katherine Thomas to the podcast. Katherine is a Grandmother that was fighting to save her GRANDSON while he was in the WOMB. With no help from CPS or legislators just shows how her JOURNEY to watch over Angel, her grandson, being born from highly ADDICTED parents that willingly surrendered him to her care and custody.
However, CPS still deliberately intervened when they didn't need to. Angel was not in imminent danger and Katherine already planned on taking Legal Guardianship to raise and PROTECT him. When CPS came in they basically committed PERJURY to the court AND they DIAGNOSED Katherine as unstable.
From a Team Decision Making meeting they were told that they were not in need of their intervention as he was going to be RAISED by Katherine and he again was in no danger in NICU Unit with ankle monitor 24/7 and she had full access to his care as she was the one caring for him while in the hospital. However it all changed when he left the hospital.

Ernest Rodriguez Discusses Updates On His Case, The Bizarre Behaviors Of Judge Denise Brown And By Uniting Together Justice Can Be Obtained Mar 21, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ernest Rodriguez to the podcast. Ernest was last on November 12, 2022, Season 3, Episode 151, where we discussed his case as Judge Denise Brown had gone wild in her courtroom and refuses to look at evidence.
Ernest and his family are victims of the Louisville, Kentucky Family Court system. He explained that he was forced to pay attorney fees of $15,000,00 by December 31st, 2022 and if he didn't pay this amount she would send him to Debtor's Prison for 5 days and miss his next hearing. As he was extorted out of $15,000.00 of attorney fees suddenly went on "vacation," so the next hearing was scheduled for March 16th, 2023.
Apparently, Judge Denise Brown MANIPULATES and lies while on the BENCH, thoroughly enjoying her job of EXTORTING monies and DESTROYING children's lives and families so she can choose the DESIRABLE outcome of a case to fit her NARRATIVE. Ernest provided evidence of his daughter's living conditions, but Judge Denise Brown "didn't want to talk about that." Seven hours later, frivolous topics, superficial at best were discussed and Ernest the Respondent, couldn't bring up evidence but strangely enough, the Petitioner could.
We discussed how to file affidavits along with JCC complaints upon the judge. Ernest explained that while he was in court Judge Denise Brown thought he was glaring at her and she told him to quit looking at her and look the other way...towards a wall. Judge's behaviors must be documented in affidavits along with the complaint. If that is not remedied, rewrite the affidavit with more detail and attach evidence that wasn't allowed on the record and resubmit another JCC complaint.
Only through uniting, WE THE PEOPLE can bring JUSTICE forward.

Tim Goldich, Author, Discusses How Accountability And Compassion MUST Go Hand In Hand Mar 20, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Tim Goldich to the podcast. Tim is an author who has devoted the last thirty years to researching, pondering, and writing a four-book series on gender issues. The first book—Loving Men, Respecting Women: The Future of Gender Politics—was published in 2011 and is available on Amazon.com. The second book—Equal Partners: The History of Gender Equality—is due out in 2023. He has also created a series of YouTube videos under the umbrella title of “Man Against the Wall.”
The last time Tim was on the podcast, we discussed victim interpretation and inter- gender FORGIVENESS. Today, we discussed the love/ respect dynamic in regards to the past and how ACCOUNTABILITY and COMPASSION MUST go hand in hand. If they can't go hand in hand then there is CONFLICT, and gave examples of order and chaos.
Parenting is important and how people are raised makes a big difference in their outlook on life and how they treat others. We talked about Lao Tzu the ancient Taoist philosopher and how he instructed generals to respect women, as well as Bruce Lee and his insight into philosophy that changed lives.
We discussed how couples should be compatible to one another to hopefully make the relationship last. Opposites do not attract. Similar personalities who are like-minded have the potential to make a relationship work. Love and respect also go hand in hand for there to be equality in a relationship. There can't be accountability without compassion or compassion without accountability.

Rhonda Vicker Speaks Out On The Corruption and Extortion In The Allegheny, PA Family Courts Mar 18, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Rhonda Vicker to the podcast. Rhonda has the unique perspective of having been involved in TWO different custody cases, in TWO different counties, each being on opposite ends of the “alienation” spectrum. Because of this, she has been able to see firsthand the influence of the AFCC (Association Of Family And Conciliation Courts), in establishing “county culture” within the Family Court system.
Bringing awareness to the Family Court issues and banding together with other Family Court victims are key components to ultimately achieving necessary REFORM. GAG ORDERS are the Court’s WEAPON of choice to PREVENT this from happening.
Currently, Rhonda is embroiled in a custody dispute in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where she recently became a Pro Se Litigant. Court sanctioned ALIENATION is a very REAL concept and is a prevalent factor in her case. Throughout the life of her case she has fought hard to make sense of it all and has begun to slowly peel back the LAYERS of Family Court CORRUPTION and wants to bring awareness and help other mothers and fathers also STRUGGLING with a SYSTEM that the general public falsely BELIEVES is inherently GOOD. IT’S NOT!

Judge Jessel Costa (son of Senator Jay Costa) is her presiding Judge. Recently Rhonda appeared in court for the first time before him as a Pro Se Litigant and it didn’t take long for Rhonda to become painfully AWARE that justice will not be served in her case. Litigation began in October of 2020 and currently her trial is continued generally. Throughout this time Rhonda has uncovered several instances of CORRUPTION amongst the Family Court PLAYERS involved and fully expects RETALIATION in exchange.

Lee Granade Discusses Some LOW DOWN On The Low Country, South Carolina Mar 17, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Lee Granade to the podcast. She was last on December 3rd, 2022, Season 3, Episode 168 and Season 3, Episode 178. In the last episode, Lee has her case is out of the 14th Judicial Circuit in South Carolina which has enabled the Murdaughs, the super lawyers and solicitors for nearly 100 years, to prosper since the 1920's. They have been tied to moonshining and interference with juries and most recently insurance fraud and murders.
We discussed a variety of topics intertwined with the Murdaugh Murder's and how or if the culture of the Low Country will change now with Alex Murdaugh behind bars. It appears that the South Carolina Bar has absolutely no interest in any "breath of fresh air" of accountability involving ethics. If accountability ever existed at all. Rules don't apply to a lot of individuals in the Low Country, South Carolina.
