John Sullivan Discusses Updates On His Case And The Transparency And Racial Issue With Ottawa Impact In Holland Michigan May 18, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes John Sullivan back to the podcast. He was last on the podcast January 2nd, 2023 Season 4, Episode 2 and 18. John is from Holland, Michigan with a story about CPS "workers," that have falsified court documents against him. However, court system employees in Holland, Michigan allowed this to happen and continue for well over a two-year investigation. He doesn't know where his children are.
It all began with the children's Mother and numerous CPS agencies from other counties that have ties in Michigan also. John was never living with the Mother nor where they ever married. Suddenly, John has CPS at his door the day they took the kids away from their Mother on May 20th, 2022.
This was the first time EVER KNOWING anything about the whole investigation about the children's Mother and the CPS "workers" tell John that his children were homeless and living in the streets with their Mother. John WAS NEVER contacted throughout any of this when they showed up on May 20th, 2022, saying they took the children and placed them in two Foster Care homes.
Now CPS has placed the same charges on him as the Mother and now John pays Child Support on his children that SHOULD BE with him in the first place.
The Child Support comes out John's Disability check every month and THEY TAKE HALF. He should have his children but is being railroaded by the system.
However, the same building that John was trying to get answers from when he started questioning these people is the same building that has been all over the news for transparency towards people of color in the community. The Ottawa County DHS office has come under fire and judge has sanctioned this court system due to lawyers that have been falsifying records for the people that work in the DHS office. The Ottawa Board of Commissioners that represent the DHS office have been fighting against one another because board members are coming out talking about transparency and racial issues. The building is funded by a far-rights group called Ottawa Impact, who provide all the funding. However, when board members spoke up about corruption and not being able to do their job in the community, then the lawsuits began.
We discussed an article written in The Holland Sentinel by Sarah Leach which explained how a judge granted Ottawa County's health officer a temporary restraining order, to prevent Ottawa Impact county commissioners from removing her from her position. There was much news coverage on this topic. John himself needs news coverage.
John NEEDS justice. He sees how corrupt the building is, the court system and the community and no one wants to talk about this.

David Shubert, Author, Discusses the Consequences Of Parental Alienation And His New Book "Parental Alienation: Unmasked" May 15, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes David Shubert, Author to the podcast. A left-behind alienated father, David Shubert took his own personal experience of INTERNATIONAL ABDUCTION and ALIENATION, and chose the path to become a family rights activist.
During this time, David has been very prominent on Facebook, LinkedIn and now Twitter social media as he informs parents, spreading his message to others that they are not alone.
Currently David is the author of two books, "Stolen Memories," and "Parental Alienation is Abuse!" and another one that is soon to be released in the next two weeks titled, "Parental Alienation: Unmasked.
Additionally, David Shubert has a website for alienated parents called, info@aparentingaffair.com where visiting parents are able to enjoy reading articles written by experts, watch music videos created by other alienated parents, or even just browse the book section and much more.
We went in depth discussing his past experience of his daughter being abducted and how the judges handled his whole case and what the outcome was. David also talked about how the attorneys and judges reacted to international child abduction.
David talked about how to write a book and what goes into writing a book and we gave good examples on how to sit down and actually start writing. David encouraged self-care and getting though such a tumultuous time in his life and helping other parents through his website and Facebook.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Anthony Cibelli to the podcast. We discussed how in the army, when individuals screw up in your platoon , everybody gets "smoked," also known as corrective training like push-ups, hit the obstacle course, log PT and more. As one person's negligence is looked at as potentially causing future risk of life ending consequences and the failure of the mission. As in the Family Court, CPS and the divorce sector, individuals who "screw up," can use mental illness, Parental Alienation, abuse and even the fatalities of children and generally end up getting promoted and or get very little to no negative attention at all. However, they will get more tools in their arsenal to further weaponize their attacks upon children and families.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Camilla Cloward to the podcast. She is the Founder of Giving a Voice, a Non-Profit to help victims and survivors of Human Trafficking. Camilla Cloward is a Human Trafficking Activist, a public speaker and owner of Giving A Voice Podcast.
She is very passionate about fighting Human Trafficking and sex crimes since her own abuse as a young teenager and spoke about her story and how easily this can happen to anyone. Camilla's goal is to one day be an operator and bring children home to safety and rescue them from sex trafficking.
We had a powerful discussion on prostitution and how it can begin at 11-12 years of age. Camilla herself discussed how Human Trafficking can affect males and females being trafficked and the effects can be drug usage, eating disorders, trust issues and suicide.
This is an industry of 150 billion dollars year business for predators. Camilla is doing her podcast, Giving A Voice, to get enough donations to start her Non-Profit Organization. Camilla is hoping to start an internship this summer.
Camilla recommends the documentary "Happening Right Here," from Underground Railroad, which can be found on YouTube. We also discussed that 50% of children being trafficked through the Foster Care System are treated as "throw-aways."

Jeana Kuczmanski Speaks Out On What Happens When CPS Has Got it In For A Parent And You Can’t Get Your Kid Back May 12, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Jeana Kuczmanski to the podcast. He has been dealing with a case of corruption with DCF in Utah where her ex-husband filed numerous false allegations that not only cost her the loss of her career but also her son. We discussed personality disorders and how when she was first married and got back from the honeymoon, her spouse had turned into Dr. Jekyll and Mr, Hyde. Their marriage got progressively worse and when Jeana finally filed for divorce she learned she was several months pregnant.
Her ex husband was a vexations litigant, with 307 filings under his belt to weaponize the judicial system against Jeana. There was a domino effect of calls to DCF in Utah where Jean found herself being called, "bat-shit crazy." This cost her her career. And the pattern of legal abuse continued for years, he relentlessly dragged her in court every month until he retained custody. Her ex tried filing Temporary Restraining Orders and DCF was on his side all along, doing one-sided interviews and LYING. Several years later he developed terminal cancer and died. However, Judge Knight in her infinite wisdom, gave her son to the paternal grandparents who were in their 80's and they didn't bother telling the judge that the grandfather had cancer and died shortly after obtaining custody of her son.
The child psychological abuse took a toll on her son when he told his mother, "dad said he would hide in the bushes and shoot you with a bow and arrow." Her son also continued with a pattern of disparaging comments to the point where Jeana is only allowed a 30 second phone call with him once a month where he has told her he doesn't want to talk to her. She has only seen her son for 21 minutes in the last several years. Now her son has F1 Liver disease, is obese and is unable to care for himself AND NO ONE CARES. DCF COULD CARE LESS. BUT HIS MOTHER CARES.

Nataly Anderson Speaks Out On Why Parents And Children Have No Rights By The Hague Convention And WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY May 10, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Nataly Anderson, a mother from the UK, who has been going through the Family Courts for almost seven years after her ex-husband, a Croatian former spy, took their children from the UK to Croatia on a vacation and refused to return the children.
Being failed by The Hague Convention on International Parental Child Abduction three times in three different countries, has been proven to be a costly and egregious travesty both mentally and physically for her and her children and this is the topic we discussed in depth today. Law Enforcement doesn't want to get involved along with judges who are inexperienced in The Hague Convention. Nataly states, "we have to use our voices as this is a public health crisis." The Hague Convention is open to its own interpretation, who knows how the judge will decide.
Nataly's ex-husband allegedly warned her that he would corrupt the courts in Croatia and indeed things started to go in the wrong direction. Since then, Nataly thought she was dealing with that issue and a BACKWARDS legal system in Croatia. She then found out that there is a SYSTEMIC CRISIS in the family courts in MANY COUNTRIES.
Throughout all of this, Nataly has decided to put together a group, Family Court Crisis, to act as a platform for parents to help themselves. Family Court Crisis is based in the UK but is keen to work with parents ALL OVER THE WORLD to take UNITED ACTION.

Ira S. Peskowitz, Parental Alienation Advocate Discusses Sleazy Attorneys And Judges That Perpetuate Parental Alienation And Concerns For His Alienated Daughter May 08, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Ira S. Peskowitz to the podcast. He is a Law Enforcement Supervisor in Florida. Ira has been married for the last 19 years and has two kids. However, when he was much younger and prior to his marriage, he did have a daughter out of wedlock. Following that there were Family Court hearings, which are all finished but perpetuated the Parental Alienation which kept him away from his child.
We discussed Custodial Interference and how Law Enforcement should be educated as it is a FELONY. We discussed the hefty bank accounts of the sleazy attorneys and judges who ignore Parental Alienation and how COULD THEY POSSIBLY WAKE UP IN THE MORNING LOOKING FORWARD TO THEIR JOBS?? Again, by the playbook, the judge was only 35 years old and inexperienced in Family Court and didn't even have a family of his own. Evidence was not heard.
We also talked about his daughter who is well known on Instagram as "Bhad Bhabie," AKA Danielle Bregoli, and has made millions off her sexually explicit acts. This is child exploitation at its best from the one who should be protecting her and Ira never had a chance to. These sleazy attorneys and an inept judge supported such exploitation of a minor but again these explicit acts sells and pays the bills. WHO SUFFERS THE MOST? The minor VICTIM. Yet no one cares, but her father. Instead of being able to help his daughter with counseling, she ended up on the Dr. Phil Show via her mother and again exploited for all to see.
The mother however will not leave Ira alone, beyond bordering on harassment. Threats of violence and other malicious behavior ensued and does not stop to this day. NOT A PODCAST TO BE MISSED.

Laurie Bateman Speaks Out On Her Mother's Confinement, Exposing Probate Court And Financial Extortion May 05, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Laurie Bateman to the podcast. Laurie spoke out about the TRUTH and that is that her MOTHER was a victim of People, Agencies and Predatory Attorneys that SHOULD have SAVED her.
The unelected Judicial Officer had put a protective order surrounding her Mother's "Medical Records" that she is not to "share them," and she fully believed her wording was directed toward the ACTUAL records. The Trustee's Attorney tried to get her to sign a gag order as part of a settlement, which of course Laurie did NOT "settle".
Other than physically "sharing" her Mother's Medical records, Laurie is not gagged. Laurie can speak freely about the experience which is still ongoing, of course due to money to be made by Attorneys. BEWARE.
There is so much to this story, so sit down and listen. The involvement of some of Laurie's siblings in this saga is VERY important, but is no different than if a third party did this to her own mother. But due to the "lens cover" of a "family squabble" to be used as an excuse by agencies, attorneys, doctors, mandatory reporters, etc., Laurie's Mother is a victim of the very "safety net" that should have saved her. To the State of Arizona and all the shameful individuals that participated in this expensive charade, it has been life altering for her Mother.
Had ONE, just ONE person done their job to protect her, the last 6 years would not have happened. She had a "Rock Solid" TRUST that was supposed to prevent what happened and she was never supposed to be in Probate Court, but the "TRUSTEE" filed a Petition in June of 2021 to Prevent her from being sued or charged on any of the "offenses or breeches" that she had committed due to "time-barring". Laurie and another "noticed" that a sibling objected to the 600 pages (intended to inflict emotional distress and harassment so that they would not respond). Laurie used to work as a Paralegal for a Probate Lawyer and what she saw then, in 2007-2008 was horrifying and some of the problems were in exposed by the local media and by CBS national news. Laurie thought things had changed after that, but it remains "status quo" today. No one represents "the Ward". NOT A PODCAST TO BE MISSED.

He is one of the few lawyers with an advanced law degree in trial advocacy from Temple Law School. Attorney DeMarco has been a sole practitioner in the Philadelphia five county area for 29 years and has a litigation firm and general practice. He serves as a Judge Pro-Tem for the Court of Common Pleas Court system, a board member for the Justinian Law Society and a mediator.
In our last podcast, we discussed how he got involved in making YouTube videos and his continuing Legal Education Course that he produced about Parental Alienation.
