Slam the Gavel welcomes Ronda Gonzalez Atkins to the podcast. We discussed Kia Walker's podcast (Season 5, Episodes 77 and 112) and how similar the treatment of Kia was to others in Winnebago County, Rockford, IL. We discussed Sheriff Stephen Schumaker's behaviors entangled in eight different Civil Suits. Why is this behavior allowed to continue? In 2023, an officer shot a father 12 times with his 8 year-old son present in the house.
Ronda discussed the conditions of the Winnebago County jail. Also there was a usage of a logo of a skull called, "The Punisher," by the Tactical Team for Drug and Gang Crime. When the ACLU became involved in 2017 that logo was removed.
Now, The Rockford Police Department is under the command of Chief Carla Redd. Chief Redd served 23 years, beginning as a patrol officer until becoming Chief in 2021. She is cleaning up the police department, finding body-cam footage and holding those responsible for wrongdoing, while weeding out the troublemakers. We also discussed the officers with exemplary records, there are still good officers out there.
We discussed the fatal shooting of Sonya Massey in the state of Illinois when she called 911 asking for help.

The Children Must Be Heard And Video Evidence Seen: With Marcus House, Gloria House And Hugh House, Jr. Aug 24, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Marcus House, Gloria House and Hugh House Jr. to the podcast. Located in Rowan County, NC, Marcus House's case is in Cabarrus County NC. For two years, father Marcus House has been jailed several times and so has his mother who is on disability.
Marcus, who has a good job and is a basketball coach, had been recently incarcerated for 30 days for Contempt of Court, because his children, ages 13 and 17 don't want to see their mother. There is video/film footage of abuse/evidence, Judge N. Knust of Cabarrus County, NC refuses to look at the evidence, speak with the boys or listen to their counselor.
Gloria House, on disability, was incarcerated for asking a question of Judge Knust which was why was he sending the sole provider for the children to jail and not looking at evidence. Judge Knust answered back, "Give me a reason why I shouldn't lock you up?" The mother/grandmother was taken to jail and not given her prescribed medication.
Gloria House and her son Marcus are TARGETS of the family court system in Cabarrus County, NC. Marcus and Gloria House have been jailed before AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE with the goal in mind to force the boys to be with their mother.

Judicial Harassment, Neglect, Abuse And The Child Support Law In Delaware: With Marineka Bowman Aug 22, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marineka Bowman to the podcast for an update on her case. Marineka was last on the podcast, Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159, 160, 174 and 184 as well as Season 4, Episode 22, 48 and 61. The last time she was on we discussed the continuing harassment and gang stalking by Wilmington, Delaware police and Family Court Judge Natalie Haskins and her cohorts.
Marineka gave an update on her case where she has not seen her daughter since July. DFS is aware of the exhibits of child abu$e as well as Judge Haskins with no response.
They have raised Marineka's Child Support arrears to $17,000.00. They have taken her drivers license as well. Marineka is on disability and she is paying over $900.00/month. AND NONE OF THIS SHOULD BE HAPPENING TO THIS CHILD OR HER MOTHER.
Judge Natalie Haskins STILL REFUSES to look at EVIDENCE off the MY WIZARD app that shows evidence of child abuse. This case has gone on for FIVE YEARS, while a child remains neglected, educationally, emotionally and physically abu$ed while being ordered to be with the other parent who voluntarily quit his job. Judge Haskins refuses to review all of this going back into 2022.

Mother With A Voice On YouTube Speaks Of Video Visits: With Camila Gaskey Aug 19, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Camila Gaskey to the podcast. Camila was the primary parent for her 4-year-old son UNTIL December 2023, when the courts unjustly took him from her care and placed him with his jobless father.
The court accused Camila of being a flight risk, alleging that she would flee to Mexico to live with her father, who ACTUALLY RESIDES in Oregon. Despite the lack of evidence, the court ruled against Camila, STRIPPING HER OF HER PARENTAL RIGHTS.
Since then, Camila has only been allowed video visitations and was issued a DVRO for speaking out online and protesting with others at the courthouse. As a mother, Camila states, "I will do whatever it takes to remain a part of my son’s life. I'm not giving up."

Brad is a father of a now six year old boy, and also was a product of divorce himself at a young age. Brad enjoys the outdoors, and is a self taught mechanic and enjoys music. Being married for three years, Brad's case was intentionally dragged through the courts by six greedy attorneys and they NYS money courts.

Fraud On The Court By Officers Of the Court, How Divorce Led To Financial Destruction; With Jeff Fenton And Brian Vukadinovich Aug 03, 2024

Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes Jeff Fenton to the podcast accompanied by Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. Brian is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13, 37, 44, 74 and 97.
Jeff described how the attorney took over their lives as his ex filed for bankruptcy and forced the sale of the house while defaulting on mortgage payments without Jeff knowing. The judge then filed the Order of Protection which led to the Sheriff's Department coming to Jeff's home to force him out in five days. The Order of Protection is designed to defame the person; man or woman, this can happen to ANYONE. Jeff found out as most of us do, that lawyers have developed the predatory "licensed to lie," tactic. Using a false narrative to gain leverage against Jeff. His case has been ongoing for four years.
We discussed the issue of the Qualified Immunity that was conjured up as it is a DOCTRINE not a LAW.
Brian Vukadinovich spoke about his Federal Case as well and how Slam the Gavel podcast host, Maryann Petri has been called as a witness (possibly to buy her a coffee or at least an unlimited Starbucks card).
The issue is that that those judges in the legal system cover up impropriety by retiring conveniently.

Attorneys Cost Another Attorney His Career Via Case-Fixing; With Attorney Gary Dolan Aug 01, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Gary Dolan from Massachusetts to the podcast to discuss the case of his broken career due to lies, perjury and case-fixing by the lawyers and the judges that may cause him to be disbarred. Attorney Dolan began his career at the age of 50 years.
It all started with a slip and fall case that involved forgery of a document with a physician's name on it. Other attorneys from Lubin and Meyers' became involved in the malpractice part of the case but left Attorney Dolan with handling the slip and fall case (16 judges involved in the slip and fall case) and that's where it all started. Both cases are still litigating at present time.
However, the case was fixed, so the slip and fall injured woman'a case could NEVER win. A forgery was planted with a physician's name in a document six months prior....There was also an incident where there was a no trespass order that was verbally given (not written) by the judge (so he couldn't enter any courthouse) and Gary went to the court house to retrieve documents and he was not allowed to retrieve the documents and was arrested.
Attorney Gary Dolan is now facing a hearing with Judge Peter F. Doyle this Wednesday August 7th, 2024 and may possibly be imprisoned for 90 days in jail at TAXPAYER EXPENSE, on an order that was never written. A jury cannot convict on hearsay on a verbal order that was never written.
Gary Dolan is 66 years of age, driving trucks for a living.

FREE SABRINA BERRY; With Amy Palacios Jul 28, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios, featured in Raised By These Wolves, Volume II, Child Trafficking Within The Foster Care And Court Systems. Amy was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 147, 165 and 179; Season 4, Episodes 134, 145 and 150 which featured Sabrina Berry and Season 5, Episodes 22, 70, 73 and 83.
Sabrina Berry has been put in prison by Judge Gary Henderson for 12 days on a contempt charge on an order that was never followed by the moving party. There is to be a hearing this Tuesday involving her five year-old child. Apparently Sabrina asked for child support and was retaliated against, punished if you will for doing so. This is the growing trend, that if a mother, a parent, asks for child support the other party will gain custody of the child. All of this done at the TAXPAYER'S EXPENSE.
Even though the father has a criminal record, this apparently doesn't bother Judge Henderson. Amy explains Sabrina Berry's story beautifully and would like everyone to email Judge Henderson to FREE SABRINA BERRY.
