Slam the Gavel welcomes back Carl Roberts to the podcast. Carl was last on Season 5, Episode 12. Carl Roberts is Founder of Colorado Resilience and SplitSmart.
Carl is trying to bring solutions into the divorce/family court process where a case shouldn't drag out for years, but only 30 days. There are so many homicides and suicides that are perpetuated by the Family Court system as well as CPS. Carl shared his ideas on the screen (Slam the Gavel YouTube) that contain solutions. In doing presentations, Carl discussed his ideas and solutions and was met with silence. The path to restoration, justice and family healing is what Carl has to offer people that are divorcing and it seems the judiciary/family law doesn't want any part of it. Because of lack of accountability, oversight and transparency the court system is in the state it is in.
We discussed how the one problem is people hiding money and the second problem is putting the kids in the middle. It's going to take one judge with the guts and authority to solve this equation. It just takes ONE to make it happen. Family court is a CRAP SHOOT. It all revolves around MONEY. In his next newsletter, Carl has called it Broken Systems, Before It Happens To You.

The Corruption Of Arbitration, With Andrew Milder Dec 12, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Andrew Milder on to the podcast. Andrew Milder is the Founder of Equal Protection Now. We discussed how "Arbitration," has already turned America into a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, as arbitration has gone completely ROGUE. This POSTER CHILD CASE involving ARBITRATION, Andrew Milder, clearly and shockingly illustrates it step by step.
Gone completely rouge, this POSTER CHILD CASE, including a landmark appeal, is currently pending in the Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles, California and it is regarding systemic arbitration fraud and civil rights violations, Milder vs. ADR Services Inc., et al., (B320376). He has already won three reversals in this matter.
Moreover, Andrew has uncovered a smoking gun video of the SYSTEMIC ARBITRATION FRAUD. Andrew describes his unbelievable PROOF of judges throwing cases for arbitration. This case and video will actually help end the current SAG AFTRA strike, Andrew explains.
Andrew is also starting a social justice non-profit organization: Equal Protection Now! to help expose the truth about arbitration, via articles, litigation, podcasts, advocacy and a blockbuster documentary. This has potential to be a Pulitzer Prize winning story. And the mission, of Equal Protection Now!, is to get the FAIR Act enacted. The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act. Andrew has been working on this litigation and advocacy for the FAIR Act, for well over six years.
This pending landmark appeal is, for the most part, regarding judge/arbitral immunity and private contractual rights vs public rights, “unwaivable statutory rights, for the public benefit.” Also, interestingly enough, one of the main cases/authorities in this landmark appeal is an 1871, United States Supreme Court case, Bradly v. Fisher, regarding immunity, this is a case from the murder of president Abraham Lincoln.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Adrienne Miranda last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 103 and Brian Vukadinovich Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episode 13. We discussed the HOMICIDE case of Adrienne Miranda's son which happened on July 20th, 2006, with Brian Vukadinovich and WHY NOTHING IS BEING DONE. There are 12 Medical Examiners ready to go to this day. However, Prosecutor Scott Shellenberger is calling it "an accident." The Medical Examiners say otherwise.
Adrienne gave a background of her son's murder and how she has tried to get justice for her son and the roadblocks in her path. Brian Vukadinovich offered solutions to her frustrations with the system, one of which is to bring in a Special Prosecutor as there are 24 counties in Maryland and to get the case moved out of that county, out of Shellenberger's hands. A CHANGE OF VENUE IS NEEDED SO DESPERATELY, as there have been other issues Shellenberger has swept under the rug. JUSTICE needs to be brought forth. The time is now.

Staged Kidnapping In Birmingham, AL, The Keisha Daniel Story Dec 07, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Keisha Daniel to the podcast. Keisha was last on Season 3, Episodes 148 and 157, Season 4, Episodes 4, 100 and 111. Keisha has been undergoing gang stalking and the kidnap of her little girl in Birmingham, Alabama.
Court actors have tried to silence her by threatening her attorneys. They have mishandled her case for PERSONAL GAIN. Everything Keisha needs to know about her case, God has revealed to her. One of the actors wanted her to sign a contract to make a public apology to Andre Sparks, COURT COSTS of $10,000.00, promise not to sue and do community service by picking up trash on the road in order to humiliate her. NOT HAPPENING.
Judge Sommers has no reason to issue any warrants, but once Keisha walks into the courtroom they WILL arrest her. The parasite GAL recommended Keisha have her child then suddenly changed her mind.
Because Keisha now knows their plans, she cannot go to any of the visitations and hasn't seen her child since June. All of this started by the Magistrate as in the first podcast. In fact, SOMEONE has been calling DHR (CPS) 63 times in 2 weeks at TAX PAYER EXPENSE. Keisha explained the gang stalking and how they tried to burn down her home with her and her child in it.
Keisha knows she has to fight in spirit as this is spiritual warfare. Her last attorney was a wolf in sheep's clothing.
The previous judge rendered the father unfit for drug selling. Apparently the DEA was supposed to investigate but that as dropped, however the father's mother deals drugs as well and the father's brother died while trafficking drugs.
Yet they won't give Keisha her baby back. This is a kids for cash scheme. "They take these children's lives for jokes," Keisha states.

The Racism And CPS Hell In Holland, Michigan, The John Sullivan Story Dec 05, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes John Sullivan the podcast to update his story. John was last on the podcast January 2nd, 2023 Season 4, Episodes 2, 18, and 96. John has been dealing with CPS caseworkers that have falsified court documents against him and are trying to terminate his parental rights. The HORRIFIC part of John's case is that John's kids have been in Foster Care for TWO YEARS when they should've been placed with him and "they" are saying that he is still PAYING the MOTHER CHILD SUPPORT, when in REALITY he HAS been PAYING the FOSTER CARE parents who are GLADLY taking his money. Does the TAXPAYER see the disconnect? There is also an issue with racism in Holland, Michigan when it comes to black or brown parents. They are targets.
John is disabled and the son of a veteran who is being harassed by the courts/PUBLIC DEFENDER, Michael Spoelman, to produce his disability documentation, financials and past child support payments.
There are over 13,000 children in foster care in the state of Michigan. We discussed an article, only 19 hours old, written by Kate Holloway and Rachel Van Gilder about "Two DeWitt Couples Charged In Child Abuse Conspiracy." Apparently one of the couples was a former "child advocate for the state," alleging they conspired to adopt DOZENS of children they went on to abuse and all for their own GREED of financial gain. Also, they had no problem manipulating the adoption and fostering systems to get their hands on more than ONE MILLION, TAX FREE and ALL FROM THE STATE OF MICHIGAN at the TAXPAYER'S EXPENSE. The SAD part is John Sullivan should have been given his children to him years ago.

Tyrone is a common sense man with common sense values and opinions. Married for over 42 years to the same woman, Tyrone is also retired from a 36-year career in the automotive industry and believes in staying the course and being focused.
Tyrone has a TikTok and spoke about his experience with that and voicing his views. We discussed personality disorders, Uncle Tom, sociopaths as well as judges with an agenda.
TRUTH is a mantra to Tyrone. There are two sides to the coin and no one should be cancelled for speaking their truth. However, people don't want to admit that they're wrong. Tyrone explained that he speaks from the facts, and he encourages others to draw their own conclusions and think for themselves.

Handling The Holidays Dealing With Parental Alienation With Diana Alberter Nov 29, 2023

Slam the Gavel Podcast welcomes Diana Alberter, from Pennsylvania to the podcast. Diana is a Grant Writer and Redevelopment Coordinator with a passion for community and youth engagement as well as being an advocate for victims of Parental Alienation.
We discussed everything from Title IV-B, D and E funding, extortion, foster care and the prison system. Kids for cash, parents for cash, it's ongoing and disgusting. Trauma and abuse go hand. Healing has to begin with the individual who is suffering and wants to receive help.
The holidays are the worst for everybody going through the court system and Parental Alienation, even when surrounded by family it's hard to stay out of the, 'woe is me.' Perhaps it is best to speak to family and friends who, "get it," who they themselves understand the inner-workings of the court system and Parental Alienation. Any parent that tries to alienate the loving parent from their child is emotionally sick and whomever they marry that genuinely takes pleasure in ruining the relationship with the fit, loving parent is also emotionally sick.
We discussed handling the stress of the holidays and that there is hope, as Claudia Ovalles just passed HB 969 in Texas for accountability when it comes to Custodial Interference. Times are changing, even if it takes time. "Stay strong, do things that will take care of you mentally and physically, pray, send positive vibes for your alienated child and know that they know that you love them," Diana stated.

Case Is Over And Good News With Brett LeClair Nov 25, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Brett LeClair back to the podcast. Brett was last on May 23, 2023, Season 4, Episode 98, where he discussed the dysfunction within his family that had affected his case in Family Court. "The people we are supposed to turn to for help in times of need were not there," Brett stated. Brett explained how his family turned on him and took sides, but not his side.
Today, Brett was happy to update his case that never should have started to begin with. But now his case is over and he has his daughter full-time, along with a home five minutes away from her school. Brett discussed that she has to regain trust and asks him every time he drops her off, will he be there to pick her up after. Brett continues to reassure her especially after the two years of Family Court, where his own Mother wrote a disparaging letter about Brett and sent it to the judge's chambers. The judge shrugged it off.
Brett also explained that in his case, there were four different caseworkers involved and an investigator. They lied to the judge telling him they had weekly visits (that weren't happening), then got promoted. Brett also learned that apparently DHS caseworkers and court-appointed attorneys meet at a hotel for a "convention," doing who knows what, staying for ONE WEEK at taxpayer's expense. This is a system set up where a parent is designed to lose.
"My daughter means the world to me and saved my life, so the least I can do is save hers," Brett said. Brett said that his last caseworker was the one who got things moving forward and helpful and stated that this shouldn't have happened in the first place.
"They want us to keep quiet and that's the last thing you want to do," explains Brett.

Updates On Case And Child Abuse Clearances Needed Nationwide With Ray Sipult Nov 25, 2023

Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Ray Sipult to the podcast. Ray was last on. April 28, 2023, Season 4, Episode 84. Ray is a concerned parent and advocate located in Kansas. On the previous podcast, Ray talked about how his daughter at the age of two years had been privately adopted out by St. Francis Ministries. Ray now has sole custody of his son, while the mother signed off rights to her child.
Ray discussed that he and 38 other parents had been participating in a MASS FEDERAL TORT in North Carolina to address the atrocities done to their families. This claim was filed in October of 2022. It now has been dismissed.
Another topic discussed was that there are no Child Abuse Clearances checked on foster parents in the state of Kansas. After the Penn State scandal broke in 2011 it was statewide in Pennsylvania that anyone working with children must have their State Police Background Check, Fingerprinting and Child Abuse Clearances completed in to their workplace, or they could not work around children. Apparently not in Kansas or nationwide. More on that topic coming up.

Fraud On The Court, CPS And Foster Care Corruption With Judge Mary Bullock Nov 22, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes The Honorable Mary Elizabeth Bullock to the podcast. Judge Bullock is also an author of "Judging Me." She has written an exciting memoir that describes a very hard-won life of achievement. Even facing extreme and overwhelming adversity, Judge Bullock, who not only is blind and has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and Systemic Lupus, made a name for herself as an experienced trial litigator, honored business law professor and Federal Civil Rights Judge.
We had a very in-depth conversation regarding fraud upon the court and the corruption of foster care. The US is 3rd on the list of CHILD MORBIDITY in the world. Judge Mary talked about that these children will one day be our leaders. Fraud upon the court is a huge issue. The person trying to get total control of the child will LIE because they will get more money from the better parent. These are people that are WILLING to LIE. Judge Mary spoke of a case regarding lies. Judge Mary talked about how judges make decisions based on the evidence before them. If an Atty lied, the judge has to question this and differentiate the lies from the truth.
There is no statute of limitations on Fraud Upon The Court. Once a person sees it, it must be pointed out. A Certified trauma Victim Witness Advocate not only in child abuse but in marriages as well, Judge Bullock states that people need to know when they have been manipulated. "Without the true facts, you will lose," Judge Mary states.
Judge Mary Bullock explained how she herself wrote a decision and was told to change her decision after major surgery. She refused to go down to the federal building seven hours after surgery which she refused to do, "'No' is a complete sentence." Judge Mary Bullock's bravery is a sheds much encouragement and inspiration to everyone exposing the corruption.
