Amy Christian | Conquering 100 Mile Ultra Marathons One Step at A Time Nov 03, 2020

The average human would pat themselves on the back and call it a life well lived if we could accomplish a huge feat like, say, a marathon. Amy Christian took it just a little bit further than the average human. Amy has completed upwards of 20 marathons, countless 50-mile trail runs (literally, she can't remember how many she has done) and even an almost impossible to comprehend 100-mile mountain climbing trail run. This woman has some serious grit! Amy throws out some serious life-lessons about just putting one foot in front of the other, focusing on forwarding progression at all times, and making small adjustments that yield huge results. Amy sincerely believes that any physical feat is possible for any person. Today Sarah uses her charity work with The Oliver Foundation to promote the value of play in everyday life.
